🐽Pork Sisig (~128 HKD)
- By far the BEST sizzling sisig I’ve tasted here in Hong Kong! Served in a hot sizzling plate + egg on top.
- Sisig is a Filipino dish made up of pig’s face and belly added with chicken liver. Best seasoned with calamansi/lemon and soy sauce.

🐽Filipino Style Spring Rolls/Lumpiang Shanghai(~78 HKD)
- Filipino Spring Rolls is the most loved food in every Filipino gatherings.
- Very crispy, perfect combination with sweet and sour sauce
- Lumpia filling is flavorful. They are filled with ground pork and vegetables like chopped carrots and etc.

🌽Mais Con Yelo (~48 HKD)
- Perfect for Hong Kong’s humid weather.
- Expected to be cream of corn instead of the kernels.
- Perfect sweetness
- Brings back the good old days in the Philippines.

Mama’s kitchen is a must try restaurant in Central if you are craving for Home-cooked Filipino meals made with love. They also serve other cuisine made by other mamas.

They also sell vegetarian meals 🥬

I will surely come back and try other options in the menu.
