Starting off from the years of 1988-1995-2000-2005-2006-2007 with sharing the history of Chateau Latour by Master Sommelier Mr. Yahann Jousselin, guests gained a better knowledge behind this historical brand through extraordinary food and wine pairing. Chef Konishi san prepared dishes off our menu to go with such character wine, the gamey pithivier with rich favoured sauce paired perfectly with the full body wine.
