I am thoroughly enjoying the summer, filled with travel, bike rides, and still moments. There's nothing like being able to choose what you do every day without being attached to time...
I've especially loved having my Red Light Therapy System at home with me.
( I'll be back at Luxe mid September!)
My hubby and I have taken advantage of using it daily, especially prepping his left shoulder for a reverse shoulder replacement coming up on Monday.
His first replacement (right shoulder) was last June, and his doctor was impressed with how quickly he healed and restored his mobility. He said he was far ahead of others who'd had the same surgery.
I've been working myself up to longer bike rides and did about 16km Tuesday. My thighs were sore after, and I admonished myself for not using my light after!
Today, I biked 20 KM and gave my thighs a treatment before and after, and what a difference it made on my stamina and endurance!

I don't think I can recall a birthday that was so wet! Not even a gratitude walk for me today!
However, I have so much to be grateful for...

Mike and I are enjoying a wee dram of scotxh, although I am still trying to acquire a taste for it!
It's 18 yr Glengoyne, a Distillerythat Madi and I visited. . Mike says it's as smooth as a wee babys bottom, lol

Red light therapy has been studied for its potential benefits for improving circulation and aiding in the management of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, a condition that affects circulation in the legs among diabetic individuals.

In December 2021, after retiring from Clinical Dental Hygiene, I started my business, LifeForce Light Therapy, providing PhotoBioModulation treatments with the most powerful Red Light Therapy System in the world today.  (I thought of it as a Dental Diode Laser on steroids!)

Given that this treatment helps reduce whole body inflammation and boost immunity, I felt it was a perfect transition from Dental Hygiene, a profession that has given me 37 wonderful years of fulfillment...

I will be ever grateful to this beautiful lady, Karyn Moore, owner of Norfolk Dental Hygiene, who understands the power of PBM, and was so enthusiastic to have me start my business within her clinic.   We first met in 2020, when I did her Diode Laser training at rdhu.  She has a huge heart, and an incredible passion for the Dental Hygiene profession and all things related to whole body health.
