For this elegant, tasty Asian tuna tartare inspired by Japanese traditional cuisine, chef Nicolas combines diced raw tuna with fresh coriander.
The tuna is chopped into small pieces and then seasoned with Asian ingredients and sesame.
Perfect as an appetizer or as a main course, Man Mo’s Asian tuna tartare will please your tastebuds.
Man Mo’s Nutella ball is a delicious twist between the traditional Cantonese dessert Jian Dui (A Sesame Ball made with red bean paste) and the world-famous chocolate spread.
Chef Nicolas spent more than 3 months with his Dim Sum Master Pan in the kitchen to craft this dessert, a delicious sweet touch to Man Mo’s menu.

Crafted with Thai ingredients, Man Mo’s shrimp wanton is an ode to the ancient Kingdom of Siam.
By using shrimp and Thai spices, Chef Nicolas has created a unique crispy fried wanton, paired with a homemade sweet and sour sauce to release its full flavor and aroma.
