Join us for coffee, purposeful discussions around different topics, support, and connection in a nurturing environment.

This month’s theme, “The Motherload,” focuses on the feelings and anxieties that often accompany the postpartum journey. Along with Crisel, Jen and Michelle (from Baumhaus, Little HK and The Family Zone, respectively), Dr. Kim Carder shares her thoughts in our conversations. 🗣️

On Nov 4th (next Monday) from 10:30 am, have coffee and chats and feel free to join our informal discussion around the Motherload between 11-11:30 am if you’re interested!

From October 18th to 31st, Baumhaus transforms into a 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐘𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐃 🍬🍭 themed space!

At Candyland, parents and children can take a photo at our photo corner, get creative at the lollipop corner 🍭 by colouring to display around the centre, and participate in our 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 with .bb, which is open to the public (more information will be shared on October 18th 😉).

Don’t forget also to dress up in your favourite costumes 👻 on October 25th to 31st and give your best “TRICK-OR-TREAT”at the Cafe and Reception area for some Halloween sweets! 🍬 

Fall Term students are encouraged to dress up to participate in the Halloween Costume Contest, and one family will be chosen in each category for the 𝗦𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦𝗧, 𝗠𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘, 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗠𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟.

Our safe spaces keep growing! Here are things to do with your little ones from July 29 to August 15!

1.) Little HK Baby Movement x Kindermusik by Baumhaus
• Discover the magic when intentional touch for infants meets age-appropriate music stimulation. Taught by a certified infant massage trainer and a licensed Kindermusik educator & musician, the session allows parents to experience play and bonding with their babies in a different light!

2.) Family Meet-up Mornings
• A monthly casual meet-up/support group for parents and parents-to-be over cups of coffee. There will be a guest facilitator from Baumhaus or a family-related organization to welcome the group. Share the ups and downs of parenting—we’re here to listen.

3.) Hold my Beer, Baby!
• Run by the Family Zone’s Hugo Busbridge and a guest dad, this is a supportive gathering for dads-to-be and dads-that-are to help build confidence in their parenting journey.

The session is loosely structured and is broken down into sections focusing on different aspects of being a dad, reflecting on your own experiences and be a shining a light to guide and support your journey into fatherhood.

4.) Foundations Jr.
• Aside from our safe spaces, we also introduce our youngest Kindermusik special classes adapted for babies 2-5 months old, where our teachers can help parents and caregivers understand how to look out for their babies’ cues and how to play with their children— introducing the power of music in their homes and daily lives.
