CLOSURE -

Well what a journey that has been! Never in a million years could of I imagined the adventure I’ve been on. 💫

Naively setting up my own business at 20 years old I really did think I could just “dip my toes in the water” - but no, I was definitely thrown into the deep end from the get go!

Being honest the entire thing still seems very surreal and I still think it hasn’t sunk in what I’ve achieved. 🧋

I will be FOREVER grateful for this entire experience & every single thing I’ve learnt. I want to thank everyone, from Susie at Baan Sujittra who offered me a place to run my business, my loyal customers who still support me and to everyone who called in throughout the summer. I want to also thank my friends & family who offered a hand when I needed it most. ❤️

The journey has been filled with ups & downs, but I wouldn’t change any of it. I would love to still be able to run BrewBa but I have to move onto the next horizon! It’s important to remember this was almost only a hobby for me and I must focus on my college/ career now 😇

I look forward to running my boba courses starting this week and passing my knowledge on to others. I would also like to note that BrewBa (as a business) is NOT for sale, I am flattered that people are interested in buying it but I cannot put a price tag on something I’ve poured my heart and soul into for the past 9 months. 💯

Due to demand I have decided to offer a course that will allow businesses to expand their products/services. 🧋

This is an opportunity for businesses who are possibly contemplating giving the boba scene a go - but don’t know where to start or possibly, what a boba tea even is! 🤣

I will teach you EVERYTHING I learnt from operating my own successful Boba Cafe during the summer.

I will travel TO YOU & provide all necessary ingredients to teach you everything boba related. I can offer advice on recipes and possibly what would work well etc…

I am in no way claiming to be a teacher or expert but there is a clear gap in the market, with no boba tea course being offered within Ireland.

I know firsthand what it’s like to go about trying to begin & the barriers of starting up.

There is very limited spaces and I already have bookings (without advertising!) so please let me know if you’re interested ASAP. 💌

Hey guys 🤍 Long time no speak, my apologies for being quiet on here recently and keeping you all in the dark.

I returned to college this week in Limerick and it was hectic to say the least 🤪

Good news though, I am going to try and remain open on Sundays only going forward 😁

Even how much I LOVE BrewBa, I do have to focus on my own bigger career prospects and finishing out my degree feels like the right thing at the moment.

Please do keep an eye on my page as things can change week to week.

But for NOW I will see you all on Sunday,

LAST DAY TOMORROW -

🚨 ALL LARGE CUPS reduced to €4.20! 🚨

That’s right to celebrate my success this summer and to give back to all of my LOYAL fan base, I’m reducing my prices for one day!

The future of BrewBa still remains pretty unknown as I await communication between my college (UL) & try figure out the bigger picture going forward.

This could possibly be the last day of BrewBa for 2021, who knows 🤷‍♀️

We are nearing the end of the summer & with that comes the undecided future of BrewBa,

BrewBa will definitely be open till the 29th of August but after that, we cannot guarantee Boba Tea on Ashe Street.

Don’t be alarmed though as this is not the end of BrewBa but only the beginning 💓

I’m always asked - what is Taro?
Taro is a type of starchy root crop, typically found in Asian cuisine. It is a type of potatoe consumed as a dessert. 👑

The flavour itself is very unique and you’re unlikely to find it in ANYTHING else! 🧋

It kinda tastes like biscuits, it’s so hard to describe, I guess you’ll just have to try it! 🤪
