Who else feels like January has been the longest month ever? 🤔⌚👀

Saying that, we've been so glad to get the year started on a high note, and getting to see everyones lovely faces again, especially at the markets, has lifted the ol spirits! Ready to say goodbye to blue Jan & (what felt like) the neverending pan! 👋 👋👋

Lots of yummy organic veg; carrots, potatos, mushrooms, legumes, herbs & spices are all a brewin' and marinating in our heart-warming handmade stews, burgers, baps & bites.

Fresh tray of energy bites ready for weekend snackage. 🎉
Give these a go if you want to try them for yourselves.

- 50g cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp sugar-free vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1tbsp maple syrup
- 100g Brazil nuts chopped into small pieces
-25g cup raisins

🌱 Blitz oats into flour
🌱 Stir coconut oil, peanut butter, vanilla, salt & maple syrup together in warm bowl
🌱Add Brazil nuts, raisins & oat flour
🌱 Using the palm of your hands, roll about 1 tbsp of mixture into a ball
🌱Put balls in the fridge to set

& Et voila 🌱👌🤤

Fuel for the day consists of organic porridge, mixed berries, peanut butter, chia seeds (great for the omegas) & a drizzle of maple syrup. ☺️🌱💪🥣

Red Velvet Oreo biscuits went down v vel at the market today. 👌 Made with lovely fresh beetroot from .for.humans 👌🙏
These biscuits are not just for Christmas so be expecting more in the new year!

Also avails: beet burgers, sweet potato burgers, tofu breakfast baps, veeg Bourguignon, & lots of mince pies!! Be rude not to. 😉

Not for Saturday night indulgence unfortunately 🤭 but will be infused in our creamy mushroom bourguignon dish! 🍲🍷 Available to devour at the Christmas market tomorrow in in Skib!

So many talented crafts people at the Deelish Garden Centre market yesterday. Will be happening all over again next Sunday of you missed out on this one. Taking place from 11-5pm. We're delighted to be feeding you some belly-warming grub while ye wander the beautiful artisan stalls. 👩🏼‍🍳👋🌱
