Delicious brunch this morning at in - I had the Turkish eggs with homemade flatbread, chili oil and halloumi. Book ahead as it was jammed packed this AM.

Got the chance to try the revamped this weekend. Lovely decor refresh, service still top-notch and so many crowd pleasing dishes, like this beef stew and colcannon.

Beautiful dinner tonight at in the Owenmore Restaurant. Turbot with lentils, filet for himself and scallion mashed potatoes.

We are loving so far. Dined at the Fisherman’s Pub tonight and had the outstanding sea bass special with mashed potatoes, garden greens and chimichurri sauce. Can’t wait for our fine dining experience tomorrow night at the Owenmore Restaurant.

I was lucky enough to win an Instagram competition that was running last week. We visited earlier today for the Sunday roast and had the west Cork beef rump roast. The meal was delicious - fabulous mashed potatoes hiding under the mound of beef, which was covered in a peppery beef gravy. We’ll be going back for Sunday roast again, which is currently priced at €16.99.

The warmest welcome this afternoon. Happy to be back visiting for our mini moon and looking forward to dinner tonight in The Falls.

Had an absolutely fabulous stay at the this weekend. The staff is exceptional, as is the location. You can really branch out to all areas of West Cork from the hotel. The food was fantastic w/ as much local sourcing as possible, like the Bushby’s 🍓 parfait, Shannonvale and the Thai salad w/monkfish scampi.

Had the chance to try the breakfast at this morning. As the mister said, ‘there’s some eatin’ in this yoke’ about his Morning Glory - which is basically a top quality full Irish in a grilled tortilla with the addition of some tomato relish. My herbivore burrito which is was made by me with the addition of an egg. The thinly sliced , hash brown and balsamic drizzle was delicious. was smooth and creamy. The staff was lovely. Dined al fresco in the ‘horse pound’ 🐴 🔒 outside in today. I had the coronation chicken bagel 🥯 sandwich with homemade crisps for €6.50. We finished up with the spectacular, uber buttery apple 🍎 & rhubarb crumble for €3.50 - a most delicious & affordable meal!

If anyone is off to west this weekend - like all of Cork last weekend 😆 make sure to check out the gorgeous new coffee trailer at Inchydoney beach. They carry and know how to use it, make vibrant açaí bowls and have a brownie with white chocolate chips to die for...we regretted buying only one to split instantly.

Run, don’t walk - in case they run out again, to on the Coal Quay for the “Brunch Chips”. Hand cooked thick chips, cooked to order with a poached egg, silky hollandaise sauce, chives and a bacon 🥓 crumb. For €6.50 it would be hard to beat this brunch dish in

you outdid yourself w/ the wild garlic tikki chaat this evening...eating it outside, with the sun blazing, overlooking the Lee made it all the better. PS - Order early, I was shut out 2 Fridays ago because their food is that popular and that delicious

The moment before you inhale brunch from in your car 😂. Stopped by for their 2nd week being reopened. Mr Culinary Cork had the black pudding Benedict and I had the fritters with 🥑and poached eggs 🥚. Happy to report The Liberty Grill still has ‘it’! Call ahead to book a take away spot.

I love splurging on jams - good ones make toast a treat and a jar goes a long way. Carol Murray of at Glenbower House in Co Cork keeps packaging simple, matching a simple list of ingredients. Tastes like homemade, without the work! Ordered Strasbourg Goose slow roasted pork with cider gravy. twas an order for one but based on the massive portions of roasties, mashed potatoes, carrots, green beans and stuffing this could easily feed two and came with a brownie for €15 Strasbourg Goose Strasbourg Goose Restaurant
