Every December, we recognize and award the efforts of our volunteer team. We are proud to select Rosangela Cezario, our Marketing Communications Officer, for Volunteer of the Year. She has been working with us since 2022 and gives her time, talents, and enthusiasm to improving our community. 💪✨

International Volunteer Day is also celebrated today. Volunteering is a means of personal growth and development as well as a way to give back to the community. You make new friends, pick up new skills, and broaden your horizons when you volunteer. Giving to those in need allows you to truly impact their life and offers you a sense of fulfilment.

Benefits of volunteering:
✨ Community Impact: Volunteers have a positive impact on communities by providing critical services, addressing social issues, and promoting inclusivity. Their contributions contribute to the development of a more dynamic and resilient society.
📈 Personal Growth: Volunteering promotes empathy, compassion, and a sense of purpose. It improves communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities while also broadening personal networks.
🤝 Immigrant Integration: Volunteering serves as a bridge for immigrants to integrate into Irish society, fostering cultural exchange, building social connections, and enhancing language acquisition.
