Beltaine is a magical time of year. It’s a time you are in your most powerful, outward version of yourself and brimming with possibilities for what lies ahead. A powerful time to reach out and focus on growing into your life what really matters to you. This morning will support you with gaining clarity on what you really need, and wish for to support your journey ahead.

💚🐴 I’d an amazing healing session at Epona Retreat Centre💚🐴

Magical is the first word that comes to mind when I think of it. Noreen holds a beautiful sacred and safe space surrounded in the beautiful natural environment. The horses were really beautiful and I was amazed at how intuitive she is when working with them and I felt the whole experience to be deeply grounding, healing and joyous. I would highly recommend a session with her.

💙 Throat Chakra and Archagel Gabriel💙

Our next Angelic Nourishment class is tomorrow evening and we will focus on the throat chakra.

The Throat Chakra relates to communication, self-honesty, and surrendering personal will for Divine Will. In the throat chakra we acknowledge ourselves as channels, as instruments for the Divine to speak, sing, and create through. It is here we open to our deepest, heartfelt truths - and discern how we are sharing that, and how we may be hiding it - or ’swallowing’ it down.

We will explore what your throat chakra - your soul’s voice is ready to share.

💚We had a beautiful heart opening class on the Heart Chakra and Archangel Raphael last Friday. 💚

Archangel Raphael is the holy healer of the Angelic Realm. He emanates the emerald green ray of heart healing light. I find Raphael’s presence to be subtle yet incredibly soothing. Raphael is a multi-faceted angel with many gifts. He helps specifically with: embodiment, healing childhood wounds, releasing the past, forgiveness, health issues, finding resonate healthcare practitioners, nutrition, making healthier choices, and more. Call upon Raphael and notice how you experience his energy. If you’re open to it, you can also ask him: what is one step you can take to care for your heart?

In next Friday’s class we will go within to the throat chakra and Archangel Gabriel.

Happy International Womens Day. She who holds an innate inner wisdom and honours the cyclical nature in which we exist. She who reminds us of directing our energy towards a vibrant and loving consciousness. In our next class together we will dive into the watery depths of the sacral chakra.

It was an honour to have you at yesterday evenings first Angelic Nourishment. In this class we attuned to the root chakra and the Archangel Michael who is a powerful ally for the root chakra because he typically stands for protection, safety, commitment, strength and courage. Archangel Michael can help experience a sense of belonging to our lives and on earth.

The mind gets anxious when it tries to lead the way without the grounded wisdom and guidance of the heart.

This is a review from 1 of my clients..

I have had several sessions of healing with Miriam, and I have no words really to show her my gratitude for the beautiful healing she was able to channel to me. Her Angelic healing sessions were really healing.......

In her presence, as she is able to hold that space where healing can take place, I felt very at peace, and was able to understand many things that were in need of healing. And that understanding did not come through thinking, but through feeling and deep knowing of what I need to let go, release. Through this, I was able to start my own process of healing.
During the sessions, I was able to feel the presence of my Angels, and recieve beautiful messages from them, that reassured me that I am not on my own, but deeply and truly supported by them.

Miriam is a very caring, empathetic, kind but at the same time, strong healer, who was very assertive in what she was saying to me for me to understand better the messages we were both receiving during the session. She has helped me a lot to connect with myself, and awaken my own power and my own intuition , and that has helped me to trust more in myself and know that I can create my own reality. During the sessions I felt that a lot of stuck energy was released, especially from my heart, and I started feeling much better, physically, mentally and emotionally.

Miriam is definitely a channeler of Angelic energy and Angelic healing, and I have been blessed to get to know her.
