We sent home lots of sleepy heads tonight. I promise it'll get easier! Well done everybody! It was a great session!

All set! A big welcome to all our new members tonight and of course it's great to see familiar faces too!

We're back tonight at 7pm. We awarded lots of Rookie Lifeguard Certificates before the summer and look forward to presenting many more this year.

We're deeply saddened to hear of the passing of our long time friend and instructor Vincie who has been part of our club family since the beginning. May he rest in peace.

Congratulations to all the boys and girls who achieved their Rookie Lifeguard Bronze Stages 1, 2 & 3 over the past few weeks. There are a few more assessments next week and then we're taking a well deserved break for the summer.
Well done to all our swimmers - you've put in trojan work this year.

Gus Healy Pool is closed next week so there will be no club session. See you all on the 15th.
