Selling meal plans is a quick money earner. Copy & paste job to 50 clients for โฌ100 and youโve made yourself โฌ5000. Iโve been asked by members if I sell them & the reason I donโt (& the reason why you shouldnโt buy them) is for a few reasons ๐๐ผ
Firstly above of all else, by someone selling you a meal plan they arenโt educating you on the principle of energy balance (weight loss/weight gain). They are keeping you at arms length from it so although you might get the results you want, your gonna rely on them to sell you another meal plan in the future & really leaving you no better off than when you started.
Secondly, thereโs no longevity in it & your not going to stick to it. Have you ever been told you couldnโt do/eat something before? Whatโs the first thing you do when you can. Overindulge.
Lastly, your most likely an adult & you donโt need someone else to tell you what you can or canโt eat ๐คฃ Work with a coach to make better decisions & educate yourself on the principles of weight loss/weight gain, so that when your finished you no longer need their service.

Now that the pain has left the body, I can look back at the very happy with how it went. As the saying goes โpain is temporaryโ. If anyone had of said that to me at 32km in when I hit the wall & felt my quads buckling up, I would have told them to go f**k themselves ๐ A big thank you to the family, friends & all of the support around Dublin today. I can honestly say you all got me through it. Hereโs to the next one ๐ฅด

There are foods higher in calories & there are foods lower in calories. There are foods with loads of nutrients in them & there are foods with f**k all nutrients in them. It doesnโt make them โgood or badโ.

I can imagine the amount of women who are carrying babies who have clicked into this article, only to compare themselves to โFitness Lover Daniโ & the truth is for the 99% of women, this body shape whilst being pregnant is unrealistic not safe. Because of the internet your now exposed to that 1% of the population who are genetic freaks and are able to maintain low body fat percentages while pregnant.
Constantly contracting/training your abdomen is a bad idea when the abs clearly want to expand to support the changes going on in your body to support the baby.
Take home points, you donโt need to eat for 2 when pregnant thatโs just an excuse for being gluttonous and you shouldnโt just let yourself go when pregnant, but you definitely shouldnโt be aiming to have these low levels of body fat when carrying your baby.
