Amazing Transformation From Niall 🔥 ⁣


He is an entrepreneur with a small family and even had a new born in the middle of the program…⁣


so as you can imagine, time was a massive issue ⏰ .⁣


Niall wasn't massively overweight.⁣


Yet, he knew he was living an unhealthy lifestyle and had let his body fat get out of control.⁣


Running a business, he understood that presentation is important. ⁣


But never felt comfortable in his clothes, and couldn't wear what he wanted!!⁣


He also wanted to make sure he would be around, be healthy and have the ability to be active with his young kids.⁣


We got to work and put a time efficient exercise plan and a convenient nutritional plan in place… ⁣

Mark. The man shattered expectations 🤯.⁣

And here's the good part…⁣



It only took 11 weeks.⁣


Like countless others I help, Mark had fought against his own weight, fighting for change but always coming up short. Then he joined the Modern Man Coaching Program 💪.⁣

When David joined the Modern Man Mission, like many men, he was stuck in a rut.⁣ 😬⁣

𝐍𝐨 𝐆𝐲𝐦, 𝐍𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦 💯



Many of the men who sign up for the Modern Man Mission don't want to use a gym.⁣



The thought of it terrifies them.⁣ 😱



The low confidence and self-esteem make it too intimidating.⁣



Some of the men are just too busy to fit consistent trips to the gym into their lifestyle.⁣



They run businesses or have demanding jobs.⁣



They have families, kids, school runs, sports and other obligations...⁣ 🏠



that make time scarce.⁣



However, of the hundreds of men who have come through the program...⁣



I have never met a schedule of time demands I couldn't make progress with.⁣



My client Sean fell into the latter category.⁣



A young family and a busy work life meant he needed something easy to follow and time efficient.⁣



He had tried CrossFit and Weight Watchers in the past...⁣



but didn't make the sustainable progress he wanted.⁣ 🤔



Unhappy with his shape⁣



how his clothes fit⁣



his fitness level⁣



and health worries...⁣



he reached out and we put a plan in place.⁣ 💪🏼



No gym or crazy long workouts.⁣



No restrictive diets.⁣

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐅𝐢𝐭 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐧 𝐁𝐞? 🤔 ⁣



It's a good question.⁣



One thing is for sure...⁣



the standards are dropping... fast.⁣ 😞



But depending on where you look or what you read online in 2023...⁣



you could be either praised or loathed for being overweight.⁣ 🤷‍♂️



Personally, I believe men owe it to their families to be relatively healthy...⁣


or at the very least trying their best to be.⁣ 💯



But when it comes to physique or body fat I think it's relative.⁣



NOBODY needs a six-pack or an above-average muscle mass...⁣



in the same way that nobody needs an expensive car 🚗 .⁣



It might be nice to have, but certainly not a necessity.⁣



But I think every man owes it to himself to feel comfortable in his own skin.⁣ 🙏



To not hate what he sees in the mirror and to feel comfortable taking their top off around other people...⁣



Should the need arise.⁣



But for a lot of men this is not the case.⁣



And for many men it might seem unattainable based on past experiences.⁣



But who you are now is not determined by who you were a year ago.⁣ 💯



Your past failures don't define you.⁣ 💪🏼



Because if they did, nobody would ever succeed with anything.⁣



Maybe you just haven't found the method that works for you yet.⁣



And I 100% believe there is a method for everyone to succeed.⁣



So don't give up!!⁣ 🙏

𝐈𝐟 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐧𝐱𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝗪𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬...𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 🎅 ⁣



I am kinda lazy when it comes to posting success stories.⁣



In the New Year I will post more. 👍⁣



But this one popped into my mind after talking with current clients...⁣



who are worried about Christmas messing with their progress. 😟⁣



James was a client a few months back.⁣



I still remember his first call clearly.⁣



It started like most...⁣



👉He was overweight.⁣
👉Feeling Sh*t.⁣
👉Feeling self-conscious.⁣
👉Low on energy⁣
👉Very busy running a business.⁣
👉A busy family life⁣



But where James's call stood out was he told me he likes to party and have a drink... 🍺 ⁣



and giving that up was out of the question!!⁣



When someone joins the Modern Man Mission I never ask them to give up socialising or drinking.⁣



But I will sometimes ask them to reduce the frequency.⁣



But that wasn't going to happen here either!! 🎉 ⁣



So we put a plan in place and I told James that as long as partying doesn't...⁣



🫵 turn into a weekend of binge eating.⁣
🫵 doesn't impact the training schedule.⁣



and he follow's everything else, we can still make progress.⁣



And that's exactly what he did.⁣



He committed to the process and never made any excuses. 💯 ⁣



James dropped more than 31 pounds, lost over 12 cm from his waistline...⁣



while increasing his energy levels 10 fold. 💥 ⁣



Great work mate. 👏

This Client Of Mine Makes Me Feel Lazy!! 🥱

I post success stories now and again of past and current clients.

More often than not, I post about their amazing physique and health changes.

And while Trevor has currently...

lost more than 17kg in total... 😮

has lost 23 cm from his waistline... 🎉

and definitely has one of the posts pending!!

It's his change in mindset and lifestyle that has been truly outstanding. 🧠

When Trevor came to me he was stuck in a rut.

He was also battling injuries that seemed to halt any attempts he made at losing weight and getting fit.

Not anymore!!

Now it seems that every time I watch an episode on Netflix he has completed another 15kg walk or hike. 🥾

As you would expect I focus on nutrition and exercise with my clients in the Modern Man Coaching Program.

I also place a lot of emphasis on building the right habits and correct mindset... 🧠

which Trevor has certainly mastered!!

I couldn't be happier for and prouder of my client Tom. 🙌

When starting with me, the odds were certainly not stacked in his favour.

He was starting a new career at the same time, which is stressful in itself.

A career that would see him spending most of his time on the road and living in a hotel...

Which makes having a consistent routine, exercise and nutrition more challenging than usual. 💯

And on top of that, he has a limiting shoulder injury!!

But he never complained once.

From the get-go, as long as he could still "enjoy a pint", he was in and committed. 🍺

It shows that with a great attitude, a good mindset and an effective plan...

almost all circumstances can be overcome!!

The crazy part is that there are only 8 weeks between the two photos.

And Tom has lost another 5kg since!! 😳

He knew he needed to change and "stop fu***ng around and lying" to himself.

One decision made today can change the course of your life forever.

This Is What 9 Weeks Of Ticking The Correct Boxes Looks Like.

No crazy workout routines.

No crazy restrictive diets.

Chris signed up for my Modern Alpha Coaching program after trying many things in the past, such as slimming world and Herbalife...to name a few.

With limited success and a hectic lifestyle, he thought hope was lost.

Fast forward 9 weeks, and Chris has lost 11.5kg (25 lbs) and is looking and feeling fresh.

Our Health Is a Direct Reflection On The Choices We Make Each Day.

Deciding to wake up one day and be healthy is similar to deciding to wake up one day and be a millionaire.

Lottery aside, we can only become "wealthy" by waking up and consistently making the right decisions for a long enough time.

The same can be said for becoming healthy.

Although, it doesn't have to take nearly as long!!

Instead of waking up each day and focussing on the insurmountable outcome (millionaire, healthy), focus on the miniscule daily tasks that will move the needle to get you there.

✅ Tracking your portion sizes.
✅ Walking most days.
✅ Eating enough protein.

All simple steps that compound over time!!

Which is exactly what my 53-year-old client Robert did.

And in 3 months, he dropped almost 11% of his total body weight (93kg - 83kg) and transformed his energy levels and more importantly, his health markers.

Well done mate. 👏

My client Michael lost 33lbs in just under 4 months!!!

Like many of the men I work with he was fit in his younger days

Playing Rugby and even completed a marathon.

Add a busy job and 3 kids into the mix and he let himself go...

Was plagued with chronic low energy levels.

Generally people get excited about the number on the scales ⚖️

And before and after pictures!!

But both of those things only matter because of how it changes how your mindset…

Which by default positively changes how you live your life!!

You Wouldnt Think By Looking At The Picture He Is 3.4KG Heavier On the Left.

Significantly leaner, significantly stronger with considerably more muscle mass.

What's more impressive is that he did it while rehabbing a torn bicep.

He is experienced, a personal trainer himself, but contacted me because he wanted to take his gym training to the next level.

Improving his movement and athleticism were his two main focuses.

So looking better naked is a bonus 😄.

It shows that no matter how experienced you are, having someone to assess where you are at...

and then objectively building a plan to take you to your goals can make all the difference.

If you go to the gym but fail to see the results you would like...

Phenomenal Effort From Dave 👏

Dave contacted me 15 weeks ago enquiring about us working together.

After a brief overview of what he can expect if we work together, I let Dave know I only had space for 2 new people.

He acted fast and signed up which is always a good sign from a results perspective!!

Daves goals were to find a sustainable approach to losing weight, build strength, improve mobility, and rehab a recurring hamstring issue.

We got to work immediately and I built Dave a training program that should facilitate all of the above.

Training 4 days a week for roughly 45 mins - 1 hour Dave was consistent, provided me with the necessary feedback, and things started to change fast.

I also provided Dave with a Nutritional strategy that allowed him to change his body composition and provided him with the necessary energy to train.

Admittedly, he had struggled with nutrition in the past and was pleasantly surprised by how practical and flexible my approach to food was - essential for sustainability in my experience.

In the last 15 weeks Dave has:

✅ Lost over 35 pounds.

✅Lost 15 cm off of Belly Fat

✅Dropped a combined 17 cm across two other areas tracked.

✅Gained Significant strength.

✅Practically eliminated a recurring hamstring issue.

As things are still moving along nicely, Dave will continue his fat loss phase for another 3/4 weeks before moving into a maintenance phase where we will increase calories as we stabilise his weight.
