These Smoked Bacon Croquettes are becoming a firm favourite with our regulars.

When you come to Featherblade and you order Bacon it’s a little different.

Cured and smoked in house, it really is an incredible addition to our BLT or House Burger. Or if you’re feeling extra meaty, as a side to your Steak.

After a long break we are back to business Friday the 5th for dinner.

This year we will be doing what we always do; sourcing the best Irish beef, cooking it expertly & dishing it up alongside great sides.

We will also ensure warm and friendly service & that you don’t leave with a sizeable hole in your pocket!! 😝

Smoked Bacon Croquettes are very dreamy. 

Two crunchy toasted panko croquettes filled with our house smoked bacon, in a creamy bechamel sauce, topped off with leek mayo.

Our Steak Sandwich doesn't really feature on social because it's a fairly reserved sort of sandwich. It just goes about it's business quietly, without getting dolled up for photos, happily feeding hundreds of hungry lunchers every week. 

BUT don't let that fool you one bit  .. a better steak sandwich, no matter the price, you will not find. 

Is there anything worse than getting a steak sandwich for 1 million quid and then figuring out it's as tough as faux-leather boots!!!???? 🤭👿😡

We serve ours on a soft, lightly toasted ciabatta. The seared Featherblade is accompanied with dijon mayo, gherkins, caramelised onion and watercress. 😋
