TFR presents a pop up event to mark the revival of The Trad Stage in The Sugar Club Dublin.

A stunning line up including multi-instrumentalist and genre-mixing solo artist Caoimhín, rising duet of Dublin legend Méabh Mulligan & Dundalks’ Andrew Hendy of Mary Wallopers, and the merry band of madness that are the TFR: Mahogany Gaspipes – featuring Derek Copley, Dylan Darcy, Alan Mac, Carina MacGhiolla Phadraig, Sile NiRÍain, Rob O’Connor, Joey Doyle, Tomás Mulligan and other friends and guests on the night 💚

This will be followed by 🪩 Club Trad 🪩, where DJ Trad Set will spin the hits in the main room, while an energetic, lively acoustic session will kick off out the back simultaneously. This ramped up, driving session will feature members of Ispíní na HÉireann, the TFR session crew, performers from The Trad Stage and some surprises!

Wall to Wall, back to back tunes, songs and craic. Hup! 💪

Meet Ispíní na HÉireann, Dublin's dynamic trad/punk Irish folk band, formed in 2017 at the legendary Cobblestone Pub. Led by Tomás Mulligan and Adam J. Holohan, their music is a fusion of traditional Irish melodies and punk-inspired energy, resulting in a sound that's uniquely captivating. The band's debut album, "The Hardworking Men," released in 2022, showcases their musical prowess and irreverent spirit, earning them recognition in the bustling Irish music scene.

Despite the challenges of the pandemic, Ispíní na hÉireann remained resilient, using the downtime to refine their craft and prepare for their upcoming second album, slated for release later this year. Their live performances are renowned for their electrifying atmosphere, drawing audiences into a whirlwind of infectious rhythms and bold melodies.
