This week we began exploring Artic Animals. We are so lucky that we have a parent who had taken a trip to the Artic and was kind enough to share some photographs with us and today we recreated some of the snowy mountains we saw in these pictures πΈ. Having a personal link like this is a fantastic way to strengthen the relationship between home and childcare facility and make us an extension of your home and family!

This week we are practicing being independent. We have some big guys who are graduating to national school and preschool. This is a major change for these guys so we are trying to be as prepared as possible to help make it go smoothly. Some of the things we can do to help is to get the children used to their new bags, lunchboxes, shoes and clothes. If they are familiar with them it really makes them feel comfortable in a new surroundings. π
