What a finish in Madrid yesterday of a brilliant program. Huge gratitude to our amazing group.

Today in Madrid I began the physical part of my 'The Break' adventure! what an amazing inspiring bunch of ladies. This program is a credit to all involved! Huge gratitude to be among 300 women selected from 3,000 applicants.

I love the phrase; 'Stop and smell the roses'....and breathe!

I am rather excited! I've been selected for The Break Fellowship Programme over almost 3.000 applicants!

The Break is a EU-funded programme for women entrepreneurs towards creating a stronger women-led business ecosystem in Europe.

Today, 16th March 2023, the journey began with the launching event and I can't wait to see where this journey leads me to. I feel honoured and will make the most of this amazing opportunity!

I am delighted to have attended a most informative & helpful workshop in the last two days; Applied Su***de Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). ASIST teaches participants to recognise when someone may have thoughts of su***de and work with them to create a plan that will support their immediate safety. What a valuable skill to have. I would highly recommend this to everyone!

It is very interesting and it is something a lot of therapists, along with myself have been discussing recently but I feel it's time to take action now.. I am refining where I am placing my time and energy after a lot of deliberation I have decided to remove myself from Facebook.
