Ailm Wellness - The meaning behind the name

Ailm is the letter "A" in the ancient Celtic Alphabet, Ogham. It represents strength, resilience, healing, fertility, energy and good Health. All attributes which I strive to help my Clients achieve. The Ailm is symbolised as a cross within a circle. The inner Cross represents a Pine Tree which is associated with longevity, strength & endurance. The outer circle symbolises a balanced and complete soul.
