⛄️Vouchers available to purchase ⛄️

A voucher is a great way to gift a loved one this Christmas, wether they have a membership already or not!

With the New Year approaching everyone is thinking about their goals and maybe the gym is one of them!

Vouchers are available to purchase for any desired amount in our gym, they can be used for both memberships and classes!

For those who are members, classes are free; otherwise, they cost €10 per class. The people who utilise our gym would benefit greatly from a voucher for either this Christmas 🎄

We have included our membership rates in the next slide, all information can also be found on our website 🎅🏼

‼️Due to high demand we have added another Legs Bums and Tums class to our week‼️

This will start next Wednesday (21st of September) and will be available to book online!

This class will start at 7:15pm every Wednesday :)

We would like to remind and recommend to book your place in any class in advance, as we usually do not have extra space for others outside of the booked slots and to avoid disappointment!

If you are no longer able to attend the class you are advised to cancel your slot online or via the phone to allow for others to participate

As of Monday, 5th of September, we will be adding two extra classes to our weekly schedule !

They will be available to book tomorrow, we also advise you to book your place online in advance of attending the class as there are limited places available in each class and we cannot always guarantee a slot to those who show up without one on the day ☹️

Classes are available to those without a membership with a fee of €10 per class and for members it is free! 😊

❗️The concept 2 BikeErg

Just like a real bike, the BikeErg has a damper that works as a gear so you can adjust your ride to suit you while the clutch allows the flywheel to keep on spinning, even after you’ve stopped pedaling. Adapting key rowing machine elements like flywheel resistance and a state-of-the-art PM5 Performance Monitor, the SkiErg turns the athlete’s orientation vertical, simulating the movements of real cross-country skiing with both double-pole and classic alternating arm technique. These movements offer one of the most challenging strength and endurance tests available in a fitness machine, targeting the legs, arms, and core for a full body workout adaptable to any athlete’s size and skill level.

We are currently recruiting for a Part-time Fitness Instructor/PT to join our team. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and energetic and looking to develop their career within the Fitness industry. They should have an ability to work on their own initiative

Duties will Include:
• Gym programme design • Gym inductions.
• Proactive selling of memberships
• General admin and reception
• General cleaning. • Opening and closing.
Qualifications:
• Fully recognised and up to date Fitness qualification.
• Candidate must show good communication skills.
• Experience preferable and experience teaching classes

All members wishing to use the facilities must book their session prior to arrival. You can book through our website.

Please note the following guidelines:

Members are allowed a maximum 1 hour session.
During this time, access to the shower facilities will not be available.
Classes are temporarily unavailable.
You may only book up to 7 days in advance.
Booking online is essential for contact tracing and to control the number of people in the gym at any one time.

These measures are being put in place to protect the health and wellbeing of all members and staff.
