Kildare Autism Network are delighted to run kids Sensory play Yoga for ages 4-12 again !
We will be running this on a 4 week term starting Saturday, Oct 28th,3rd,4th,18th &25th of November.
These classes will take place at The Youth&Community Centre, Captains Hill,leixlip.

There will be a 3×45 min classes !
1st class at 9.30am ,2nd at 10.20am and the 3rd at 11.10 am.
Please indicate which class you would prefer as it's first come first served basis in regards to preferred class times.
Max 5 to a class

Kildare Autism Network will subsidise each of our Members €10 euro per 4×week term so the cost will €35 per term.
€45 for NON Members.

Parents are required to stay on the premises,coffee shop and waiting Facilities usually open if not Supervalu is across the road to grab coffee whilst you wait.

Places are limited and a waiting/cancellation list will apply on first come first served .

I am Children’s Yoga teacher and Creative well-being instructor.
I have four children , two have autism with moderate & severe intellectual disability’s hence my reason for adapting this program and making it accessible and fun for all children.

The goal of kids Yoga is to have fun and make a connection that is beyond language and celebrate each child’s unique abilities

I have a personal interest in the nervous system and the function of our sensory systems.
The classes would be tailored around stimulating these systems through movement , visual aids , singing & dancing with songs the children know and love and incorporating the use of yoga balls where suitable to help calm and regulate the nervous system.

To celebrate Cuidiú Week (and the sunshine!) our Humpty Dumpty Baby & Toddler Group will be meeting tomorrow morning at 10am at Monread Park.

We’ll be nabbing a hot coffee from Siblings, chilling on the grass and hoping that you and your littles ones can join us.
