I was in Aldi today and came across these beauties!
Some non toxic protein and greens supplementation. It won’t cost you an arm and a leg. If you are on any type of diet or “lifestyle adjustment” feel free to grab some of these to help repair muscle tissue and maintain energy throughout the day.

New Year challenge: 🙌🏼
Using only your body weight, try to stand up on one leg, from the floor. Immediately after return to the floor on the same leg.
The ability to do a single leg squat should be a fundamental goal when exercising. There is no point in lifting 100kg on your back if you can’t use no weight and drop to the floor.
Why? Because any underlying injury or unhealthy tissue will show it’s head very quickly when brought through these ranges.

Just need to say what an amazing day it was yesterday at Titan Fit in Twomilehouse.
Started off the day with a Titan Fit Fest workout for Cancer research.
Had an amazing turn out for it so thank you all very much.
Finished the day off with the annual members Christmas party.
I say it every year, but I’m extremely grateful to every member that comes through our doors. We wouldn’t be where we are if it wasn’t for you all! ✨🙏🏼 thank you scenery ✨

⚠️A major reason for lower back pain stems from poor sitting posture. ⚠️
To be fair, very few chairs/couches are ergonomically sound.
So what can you do? Simply use a pillow or wrapped up towel to push the spine forward. This will take the pressure off your lumbar discs and prevent you from “hanging on the meat”.
If you don’t have something to support your back around you, just tell yourself ‘lift’ or ‘straighten’ when you notice yourself slouching.
If you have any postural questions or are in pain with your back feel free to ask me anything.
