Yoga for all levels starting next week🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏿‍♂️

Excited to be holding a class for the next 4 weeks in Sywnnerton Lodge.

If you haven’t been , it’s such a beautiful location looking over the Boyne . A perfect setting for some chilled out mindful movement. 🏞

Currently I’m just running 1 class at 7pm limited to 9 places

But if there is demand I’ll go with a second class at 8:10pm

Online yoga starting next Monday, suitable for beginners.

Start the week of by doing something kind for your body and mind.

Online classes are great as they offer the busy bee's like myself a chance to catch up on the class if they miss it the next day.

There can sometimes be an element of anxiety for some people around doing your first yoga class in person. "what if i do it wrong" "what if i look stupid". Which isn't the case at all, because you'll quickly find out that there is no wrong way and nobody cares.

But I've seen people who have these anxious thoughts often feel more confident going to their first class after doing some free classes on youtube or a block of classes on Zoom.

I’ve jumped on the bandwagon except I’m a few days early.

It’s a collection of yoga classes that you can access anytime your feeling the need for some yoga.

There’s classes aimed at hip mobility, back and shoulder, recovery and even a 20 minute warm up you can do before a match or workout.

The mental aspect of sport is covered too as I’ve made some sport specific visualisations.

The feedback has been great so far. I’ve been enjoying using the classes myself when I don’t want to think of what to do and just do a class.
