This morning I sat in the most delicious and nourishing workshop/ circle for Mabon, the autumn equinox, held by Lisa
It was just the invitation back to myself I needed as we enter the darker and slower paced months. After such a busy summer it is so grounding to be guided back to slowness and reflection .
After holding a most deep diving 6 month circle space last autumn and winter, Hearth Home, this autumn season I’m deciding to join one for myself. It is something my soul has been craving for a while as this summer was very busy and came with many big changes.
I’m letting myself be Held by Lisa over the next 6 month period which is such a change for me as I do so much holding of others in my own counselling and circle work that this is such a gift to myself.
It is my hope that circle spaces like these become more widely used as deep connection points for ourselves and our communities. Especially for those out there holding space for others, it is essential you find spaces to be held yourselves.
Wishing you all a slow and nourishing Mabon and autumn season 🤲🏼🍂
Time away is essential for filling up our cups. And for me this was time at home in Colorado soaking up some mountain and family time. 🥹⛰️🌞 oh yeah, and tons of heat and sunshine that my body forgot about 😂
There is power in the right therapeutic relationships. Finding a true sense of belonging with someone else can support us to find a deep sense of belonging and acceptance for ourselves 🌸
🌹 Last night we sat in circle for the final time in our Loughcrew home. I am taking a break for a little while to allow myself to sink into other parts of life. 🌹
But MAN is it hard when every time I hold circle I’m reminded why I love holding space so much! So yes of course now I’m second guessing my decision 🤭🫠
For the final circle I didn’t promote it as it felt right to hold the final one for the women already in my Her Village community.
We came together to contemplate the new moon in cancer (a happy accident) through reflection of the meaning of home and safety, and also honouring endings and beginnings.
🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Every woman needs a community and space where you can share openly and vulnerably, it might very well be the missing piece to your healing.
As we share with a group of women who also share deeply, it opens us up to parts of us we may have never shared before or even may not have even experienced ourselves.
In the vulnerability we slowly start to allow ourselves to open up more in our own lives.
Because we realise (consciously or unconsciously) that we are not alone.
And isn’t that a beautiful thing.
I’m unsure when I’ll hold circle again but if you’re interested in joining a sharing circle, I have beautiful women in my sphere in the UK and Australia who can hold immensely grounding online circles.
Or let me know if you’re near me and would like to join one when I open again and I’ll reach out to you when that time comes.
For now, I’ll be focusing on my counselling and coaching and finding more presence in my personal life. 🙏🏼
PS the roses and other flowers are from our new property🌹
This is a beautiful invitation for a Menopause Masterclass from the lovely Kate who I did my Women’s Circle training with in Australia.
The live call is tomorrow July 2nd at 9am GMT (hosted from Australia). If you can’t make the live call you can watch the replay, so you can sign up using the link either way. ☺️🙏🏼
To all my mid-life women friends,
A loving reminder that Sharon Bolt and I are offering a free Menopause Masterclass via Zoom at 6pm AEST tomorrow night (Tuesday 2nd July).
We will be sharing information about Menopause as a 'rite of passage' and the physical, emotional and spiritual changes that are occurring within each of us during this time.
This information is valuable to ALL women, those who are approaching mid-life, those who are right IN it, and those who have passed through the menopause 'gateway'..
If you can't make the 'live' call, those who register will receive a link to the recording after the event.

Did you know I’m not only a counsellor but also a coach? I trained as both during my degree in Australia and really it was the coaching that brought me to the degree in the first place! However, over time I’ve grown to believe that they can work so beautifully together to help support you where you are and what you’ve been through and are still processing, while also being able to look at where you’re at and where you want to go.
What you should know to work together; we will work well together if you are
-ready to put the work in
-ready to take ownership and responsibility for yourself and your life
-ready to focus on yourself and not other people
-ready to start feeling better
-ready to start using your voice (or learning)
-ready to put yourself first (or learning)
-ready to learn to live your own life and not someone else’s
-ready to start finding joy, fun, and play
-ready to slow down to speed up
-ready to trust in the process of our work
-ready to let go of control (or learning)
We can work together either
In-person from Oldcastle, Meath, Ireland
Or online from anywhere around this beautiful earth (dress in your coziest clothes!)
I’d love to support you in letting go of years and years of traumas, experiences, and things you’ve collected along the road of life and then working on coming back into alignment by finding a vibrant sense of purpose in your life again (or maybe for the first time?).
Does that make you kind of nervous and excited at the same time? Then you might be ready to book a connection call to chat about working further together.

I so look forward to meeting you!

Getting to work with clients who show up so fully for themselves and our work together fills my soul. 🌸
There is power in the right therapeutic relationships.
I’ve been told a good few times that it is the first time someone has ever been able to be so open without fear of judgement. And that is a beautiful thing. 🤲🏼
Your daily reminder that you are whole and well. 🤲🏼
You’re whole and well when your house is a mess.
You’re whole and well when your life isn’t perfect.
You’re whole and well when your children have screen time.
You’re whole and well when you say no to people.
You’re whole and well when you rest and relax even when there is a never ending to-do list.
You’re whole and well even when you cannot BE everything at once.
You’re whole and well without needing to change yourself or your environment.
You’re whole and well when you eat chocolate or treats.
You’re whole and well when you don’t workout.
You’re whole and well when you watch movies all day.
Open your heart to the knowing that you are whole and well and loved just as you are right now in this moment.
The more you find self-compassion for yourself and your life right now without changing anything, without saying “but first I must…” and the more you listen to what you need, listening to your gut, your intuition, your knowing, the more you’ll naturally reach for things that feel good.
So remember, you’re already whole and well right now in this moment and the one before this moment and the one after this moment and so on.
You are whole and you are well.
From all my wild spaces,
Morgan xx
Today marks one year that I have consistently been running monthly women’s circles!! 🥳✨⭕️🤩
Honestly, I am beyond proud of myself for keeping it going even in the face of difficult health issues and other challenges and really it was my medicine too.
I absolutely LOVE circle. It is a space where I get to witness as well as take part in the opening of hearts and the bearing of souls.
It is a space where women come to find a deep sense of belonging that they may never have felt before.
It is a space to come wholly as we are with all our quirks, oddities, and absolute weirdness (we are one wondrously odd bunch and I LOVE IT!)
Getting to hold space for women to come together is an absolute privilege. It is magic to my soul to watch women come together and find a peace in themselves.
What women have said about being in the Her Village Community:
🌝“I feel so much lighter now”
🌚“I walked in so nervous and now I feel like I belong”
🌝“I’ve learned to ask for what I need from coming to these circles”
🌚”I wanted community but didn’t know where to find it”
🌝”This is the only space where I feel like myself”
🌚”I never feel judged and I always feel heard”
🌝”I’m so glad to be here, I’ve needed this space”
🌚”I feel a sense of peace I haven’t felt for so long”
If you have never been to a women’s circle and you’re feeling a lack of belonging anywhere, find a circle, find a community where you can be yourself and loved for it.
When you find a community who sees you for you, keep going back, allow yourself to be seen, heard, and held.
Thank you to each woman who has been a part of this journey so far, you are the reason I am able to do what I do and I’m beyond grateful. 🤲🏼
From my wildest spaces,
Morgan 🍂
As we’re sinking into this darker season, We are coming into our wintering.
In this phase we are slowing down, doing way less, saying no to lots of things, resting a lot more, tuning in deeper to ourselves and our bodies, and taking more time to sink in.
Do you flow with the season?
Or do you try to maintain the same energy year round?
You can follow along on a tour of my updated website www.wildhersoul.com 👏🏼 (sound on 🔊)

Slow living professional here, watch how it’s done.
As many of you know or may have gathered, I love snails 😆🐌😍 much to the horror of my in-laws 🤣
I love watching their slow movements, how it can take them all day to move only a short distance, how they can come back to life after drying up (learned this in Aus!), and most importantly, they carry their home and safety with them.
This is such a beautiful thought I often dance with. What if we fully learned and understood that we are our own safe space. We are our own homes. 🏠
We give our power away to so many things outside of ourselves when really we have the power, the capability, and the strength to be our own safe space.
So maybe this weekend you too can take a little message from our lovely little friends. Whether it be to slow down, take your time in whatever you’re doing or wherever you’re going, Or if you need a gentle reminder that you are your home and safe space.
Maybe a little of both. 🤲🏼
Either way, go gently and know you are enough in the journey.
From all my wild spaces,
Morgan 🍂🐌

Hi I'm Morgan Smith 🍂 I offer unique programs tailored for women such as women's counselling and Finding Your Play Coaching.
Through counselling and coaching I support you while you may be going through many different types of life transitions.
We collaborate together to understand any overwhelm, chaos, anxiety, depression, pressures, life roles, relationship issues, work or career breaks or confusion, health issues, and any struggles around motherhood (peri and postnatal), parenting, and perimenopause or menopause changes.
Really, the simplest way to know if counselling is right for you is to ask yourself if you are enjoying your life right now, if you feel like yourself, or where in your life feels really hard at the moment. Those are two pretty good indicators of how we feel about ourselves and our life and if we need some support around any specific area or many as often times one area is linked to another.
Life is full of change and different challenging experiences that we tend to go through alone. We can get further in our lives while feeling better if we are open to having supportive people surrounding us, so let us walk this part together.
Book a free connection call if you're interested in working together but unsure if we are the right fit for what you are looking for. Either way, I am here to help you in finding the support you need.
I look forward to welcoming you in ✨🙏🤲🍂

Slow living is a topic that has continually come up for me in my life and as well for so many of the women in my community.
We live in a world that is constantly on the go, which in turn can make us feel like we always have to be productive, we must stay busy, we must keep going.
When really, we need times to hibernate, to go within, to slow down, to not have plans.
By constantly going, growing, working on ourselves, putting ourselves out there for so many experiences, we never give ourselves the chance to actually soak in what we’ve learned. We don’t give ourselves the chance to make sense of everything we’ve experienced, we don’t give ourselves time to heal from anything that came up, we don’t give ourselves time.
What if slowed down and actually listened to what we need?
For me, this week I felt like I needed to extra relax time watching Halloween movies but I felt guilty as if I should be doing other things. When really, my gut was screaming to relax! Why not listen?
When we keep pushing forward we often block ourselves further from the things we feel like we are missing. Eg. creativity, flow, play, etc.
We actually need to meet our own needs to unblock and unstuck ourselves.
Some journal prompts to ponder:
🍁What does slowing down and taking the pressure off look like for me?
🍁Why do I find it hard to slow down and meet my own needs?
🍁How can I start to shift this sense of always being busy?
🍁What does simply “being” look like for me right now?
Go gently wild souls, you don’t have to deserve rest, you simply are allowed for no other reason than you want or need it, so give yourself the permission. 🤲🏼
From my nest of hibernation to yours,
Morgan 🍂🪹
I highly recommend listening to this. So many of us struggle to set boundaries in our lives and as a result we can feel frustrated, resentful, or hurt when really we didn't set our boundaries and are not saying no.
Learning to set boundaries can be so difficult when we were not taught how and even harder when we were taught to be responsible for helping others even when we do not have capacity for it.
This can look like our parents being overwhelmed and then saying yes to helping someone with a family drama or being the shoulder for someone to cry on when you are barely coping as it is.
I’ve really been contemplating the busyness we tend to let ourselves get carried away with.
The constant going here, there, everywhere.
Joining endless things to fill our cups, to bring us peace, wisdom, enlightenment, you name it.
Meaning that most days of our week we are on the go and then we wonder why we are so stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, etc.
What’s really struck me is that I don’t find peace, enlightenment, happiness, calm, wisdom, etc. when I’m constantly going here and there because my mind is so busy with everything going on.
I’m usually quite disconnected with myself and my body.
I find the peace in the slow moments, the moments where I sit with myself and I actually let the things I’m learning wash over me.
I know if I’m constantly trying to learn, constantly joining healing things (retreats, healers, etc.) then I don’t have time to actually let any of it sink in, making me think I need more when in actual fact, I need way way less.
What if we start doing less to actually learn more?
What if we start doing less to find more clarity?
What if we start doing less to be more?
What if we simply start doing less because we value ourselves enough to start saying no to things we don’t need and yes to more rest and slowness?

"Shame dies when stories are told in safe spaces." -Ann Voskamp
This should fully read as shame dies when stories and emotions are shared in safe spaces. 🙏🏼
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
October Friday the 13th we gathered in the in between, the dark moon. We gathered together to start a our 6 month Hearth Home journey together.
We created a nest internally and externally that will hold us together as we venture deeper into and back out of the darkness of this next season of life.
It is hard for me to fully put into words the amount of magic I felt surrounding this first circle together. It felt deeply nourishing and delicious for the soul and collective group.
In circle we laugh, cry, share food, stories, experiences, we rage together, we hold the space for each other to release held in emotions.
Together we create a space that not only feels safe but feels like a deep embrace from someone you love and feel utterly comfortable with.
That kind of safety.
Like the world on your shoulders is being gently taken off and you’re gathered up and soothed and sung into a peaceful state.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
I’m really loving the journey holding circles is taking me on as I continue to grow as a circle holder.
I’m forever grateful for this beautiful community growing every season alongside me. 🤲🏼
(Sound on) “Where did you find the strength?”
This is a great question. And sometimes this is where I find the strength, through a day spent relaxing, napping, and resting. Sometimes it takes strength to allow ourselves to rest.
Some days post circle I’m filled with a sense of need to adventure and explore, while others I’m filled with a deep need for rest. Sometimes I fight it and try to keep going, however surrender has been my word for the past month so I’m learning to surrender in many ways.
Happy new moon and eclipse. 🌚 I hope you’re able to listen to your body today and do what feels good for you. 🙏🏼🔥
Let’s inhale and exhale through the funky discomfort of life together ☺️🙏🏼🧘🏼♀️🍃
I speak a lot about the importance of slowing down. However, a key point I’ve recently realised is essential to this topic is how difficult it can be to actually slow down and what it entails.
Changing seasons really excited me this year as I had one of my busiest summers in a while so I was all ready for a slower pace of life.
Although, I forgot what slowing down can look and feel like sometimes. It isn’t always just about resting more or doing less tasks, it means my work might slow down, it means my stability in ways might shift, it means having less light outside to do things, it means feeling more sluggish sometimes with lack of vitamin D, it means feeling less enthusiastic to get out of bed when it is cold and dark, it can mean and feel like so many things depending on so many personal factors.
I want to take a moment to give light to this part of the transition and shift between seasons. It can be uncomfortable as we find a new way of being and adjust accordingly to where we are at and how we feel.
The one thing in life we can count on is change, the impermanence of life, we are always in an ever changing flow, and yet we can find it so uncomfortable and hard to accept sometimes.
And you know what, that is okay. That is part of being human, to feel things, to have emotions, feelings, opinions, ideas, etc. in relation to things shifting and changing around us.
So today I hope you give yourself the most nourishing hug you can because life can be a little uncomfortable sometimes and this doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with us when we feel it crop up, it simply means that we are human, living a beautifully human existence.
***Note: I didn’t say perfect human existence; a beautifully human existence means it is imperfect, full of ups and downs, fully felt and seen for the rawness and realness that it is.
At this time in exactly one week on the magical Friday the 13th, I will be sitting in circle with 7 other courageous, inquisitive, vulnerable, open women.
We will have wandered our way into the darkness that is this next season together.
We will have made our nest and curled up together to witness and support each other through the darker months.
We will be sitting and sharing stories and experiences, sharing wisdom and light.
All while laughing, crying, and simply letting the magic that is circle wash over us all.
During this time we remember,
🔥We are the stories.
🔥We are the wisdom.
🔥We are the light.
My dearest wild women, let us walk this path together. 🔥
Why is it we find it easier to spend money on quick fixes and not on long term solutions when it comes to our mental health? Even when the quick fix solutions don’t last?
We don’t always second guess different things we are spending on and yet we want our mental health issues to be solved for nothing and as quickly as possible.
This shows that we might not be valuing our own mental health and wellbeing.
Living in today’s society we can get anything instantly at the click of a button. This is showing when it comes to our health and wellbeing, many of us are addicted to the quick fixes.
Some examples being, short and quick diets instead of regularly eating balanced and nutritiously, a quick workshop or retreat on wellbeing to fix years of self-sabotage, self-love issues, lack of confidence and the fact we simply aren’t happy with our lives, or drinking a nightly glass (or a few) of wine to numb the stress and overwhelm we are feeling.
In the short term there is nothing wrong with the examples above (I love a good workshop or retreat!). The thing is, quick fixes are not a long term solution for a long term problem or even most short term issues a quick fix might miss the mark on. Not valuing how you spend your time, energy, and money highlights how you feel about yourself and if you think you are worth the effort. It also highlights if you believe in yourself enough to commit to doing the work and not simply a quick fix.
So I’m not telling you that you need to stop spending money on things you enjoy, I’m simply asking you if you want to continue putting bandages on wounds that aren’t healing and hope they don’t keep getting bigger or messier and harder to ignore.
Let me be the one to tell you if no one else has, you are worth it. You are worth valuing yourself and learning that it is absolutely possible for you to change what is happening internally and externally in your life.
When we are willing to invest and commit to our mental health, we are telling ourselves WE ARE worth it, we are telling ourselves WE CAN do the work it will take, we are telling ourselves WE ARE good enough, and we are telling ourselves WE DESERVE to live a good life.
You are absolutely worthy of loving yourself so deeply for the magnificent being that you are. The first step is to make a choice that reflects this.
It is time dear woman to value yourself in more ways than one.
Let us explore this together.
Hi I’m Morgan 🌿
I’m a women’s counsellor, empowerment coach, and a women’s circle facilitator.
Through counselling and coaching I support women going through many different types of life transitions.
We work together to guide you back home to yourself, to who you truly are and want to be.
Guiding you back to what feels good, what feels fun, what feels light and easy while still giving light and attention to what feels difficult in your life.
By giving yourself the space to let go of what you’ve been holding in for potentially a long time, you get space back in your head, your heart, and your body.
I’ve been told so many times “I feel so much lighter, like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders”.
Wouldn’t that be nice to feel for yourself?
Wouldn’t it be nice to give space for joy and fun to come back home to YOU?
I wonder what that would be like to live with hope and play in your life again.
If this resonates with where you’re at on your journey, I would absolutely love to hear from you.
Feel free to call, email, or book yourself straight in for a connection call (link below) to see if we’d be a good fit for what you’re looking for.
I look forward to walking this path together. 🌸

This is my 6 month closed circle starting on the magical October Friday the 13th and ending on the empowering March 8th (Int. Women’s Day).
I’ve so enjoyed the playfulness and zest of my individual summer circles. However, I’m so looking forward to our dark evenings of deep diving together while we nest into a restful and slower way of being, as we deeply nourish our souls and bodies, and as we deeply connect into this wintering space together.
We are cyclic beings and it is time dear ones to slow down with the world around us and simply be.
From all my wild spaces,

Hello my beautiful wild souls,
I’ve been slowly reentering back into my spaces after a wonderfully healing and nourishing holiday at home in Colorado (yes even with covid joining the party! 😅)
Taking a much needed break is essential to our mental and physical wellbeing and man did I need it after a BUSY summer!
I’d been working so hard on my business here in Ireland for the past year all while battling some really difficult health stuff and I kind of forgot (oops!) that I need a break too!
My mind and body felt more relaxed and at peace after filling my soul in the dry hot sun of my home spaces.
So if you needed a reminder to take a break, go and play, feel alive and free, this is it. Go play 💃🏼🙏🏼🌿🌞
Dear sweet woman,
I have two deliciously nourishing spots left in my final individual circle for the year.
I am holding a 6 month closed circle over Autumn and Winter which has already filled with women from the Her Village community. So I don’t have any plans for more individual circles until next spring but who knows with me 😆
If you’re feeling ready to be held in a space space, to let go, to surrender, and to join a community of other whole hearted women, then one of the spots is for you. It is time to say yes to yourself. It is time to fill your emotional, spiritual, and communal bucket.
Dear sweet woman, it is time to love yourself so fully that you see the wonder that you are.
Below I have added my guiding intentions to support us each to feel safe and cared for on all levels. These are the foundation of the container of circle.
Inclusion: Women of all ages, religions, beliefs, sizes, colours, and cultures are welcome.
Grace: Remember we are all connected and experiencing the great mystery of life together.
Compassion: We come from the heart-space with communication and support.
Respect: We are creating loving boundaries for ourselves and value the rights and choices of others.
Authenticity: We allow ourselves to courageously speak our truth at all times.
Acceptance: We honour different experiences and interpretations whilst withholding judgement.
Empowerment: Each individual is encouraged to take responsibility for themselves and their actions.
Trust: We build trust by honouring our commitments and being true to our Agreements.
Joy: We allow happiness and excitement to inspire us forward.
Adventure: We set our intentions and trust the process of the Circle as it unfolds.
Message me if you want to book one of the remaining two spots. 🤲🏼
From all my wild spaces to yours,
Morgan 🍂
It’s official. I’m changing my title to “woman who plays” 🤩💃🏼🥳
Let this be your invitation to find play, laughter, a lightness, and joy along your healing journey.
It doesn’t have to be so serious. Let the laughter and goofiness roll. 🤣🤪
Isn’t she lovely? Isn’t she wonderful?
“She” represents the sacred, safe, and nourishing space that is circle. “She” represents each woman who walks bravely, nervously, and courageously through my door to delve into the depths of each other, to witness, to share, to listen.
Another circle filled with laughter, tears, tea, chatter, nourishment for the body and soul, and most of all, hugs. I’m forever grateful to the women who choose to show up for themselves and to be a part of this community.
“She”, YOU, are lovely and wonderful. Circle is like a mirror, let it reflect all the wonderful things about you back to you, and let you be brave enough to see them, and even braver to feel and embrace them.
Altar: Mother Nature
Music:
Energy: Cleansed and fiery
Hello again! Why haven’t I been showing up on social media much lately??
And what I think about “consistency” 🤣 will agree with me!
Also, I’m feeling more energised lately (about time!!) and loving this fun coloured filter! 🤩🤩
