Our new Class Timetable, which kicks off Monday 22nd July

Our normal schedule of classes will run up to then.

We are delighted to announce our Hyrox Class Timetable

Classes will begin properly on Wednesday 24th July (although we will have a few pop up classes before then)

Classes will be conducted by Shannon, Ciara and Jack. They will be designing the plan around an 8 week block which will lead up to a full Hyrox Workout (if anyone wants to go and get a proper time for themselves and see where they stand😁)

Mid week classes (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday) will concentrate on the different aspects of a Hyrox Workout, building your foundational movements, increasing your power and strength and improving your cardio!

Then Sundays class will be designed with a complete Hyrox workout in mind.

We can't wait to get started and we are delighted to be An Official Hyrox Affiliated Gym.💪

The number one way to decrease your performance levels is the play through a ni**le or even letting something small slowly begin to grow into a big thing!

Lets be honest, it may start small and you can most likely play through it….. but it’s the recovery issues that really start to hamper you as it take longer to overcome the post training/post event effects 💥

Mornings after training you may have excessive stiffness which can effect how you move in every day activities, leading to offloading, which is a major cause of other muscles nearby to breakdown/tear if overloaded 🚫

When you offload you will use muscles that may not be used to working in a certain plane of motion of at a certain intensity❗️
