🔥NEW TRANSFORMATION CLIENTS WANTED🔥

Guys,please show your appreciation for our latest Transformation client Tara.

Tara's story is not your typical Transformation as she was battling so many different health complications.

She had Lupus( your immune system attacks your own organs)and she was left exhausted and spent a lot of time in bed trying to recover.

Tara is also a cancer survivor,has lost her hair 7 times and spent the last 4 Christmas's in a hospital bed.

She also had her spleen surgically removed (this organ filters impurities from you blood),so obviously as you can imagine plays havoc with your health when removed.

So in short just to get her to my door took an amazing amount of courage on her part,and shows you her unique character.💪

This Transformation only took a few months because Tara was a great listener/communicator,whatever I asked her to do she did it and never complained and above all we made it easy for her to like it because I knew what she needed at every stage of her journey.

We met once a week to discuss how her week was going and how she felt energy wise and we reacted to any feedback she had good or bad.

To date Tara has:
✅Dropped 2st*ne of bodyfat

✅Lost 12 inches or 1foot from her waistline

✅Come off totally or dramatically reduced her medications.

✅Become addicted to being fit and healthy

We have a simple three part approach for getting results...

1️⃣ Training
2️⃣ Nutrition

Sounds obvious but most of the solutions out there just focus on one thing.

They might give you a diet but they don’t cover the training or accountability – or you get a training program or a class but there's no help on the nutrition side of things.

Derek and his daughter Hannah came to us a few months back to get in shape for Derek's upcoming wedding🙂

These guys were a pleasure to work with and it's quite rare that a father and daughter would want to train together,never-mind get great results💪.

1/Margaret has dropped a total of wait for it..... 7 stone( almost 100 pounds).😮!!!!!

Gorgeous Gluten Free waffles with strawberry,honey and cinnamon for Breakfast this morning 😍
Very light on the tummy but tasty and filling at the same time.

If you want to try them just instead of using regular flour and milk,I use Tritamyl flour and Rice milk.
They are much higher in protein as well👊

Right now you might be a member of a regular gym
..but you hardly ever venture out of the cardio section cause you had no idea how to use the other equipment?

Maybe you had the odd personal training session
