5 Diet Tips for Hair Care.

1) Protein deficiency is also linked to hair loss. Hence include some source of protein in all the main meals of the day. Sources of protein: Legumes, Sprouts, Dairy, Soya etc.
2) Eat foods rich in fibre and avoid refined foods. Sources of fibre : Oats, Quinoa, Broccoli, Apple etc
3) Include sources of omega-3 fats in your diet. Example: Fish, Chia seeds, Flaxseeds, Walnuts etc
4) Healthy hair need daily dose of vitamins and minerals. Fresh fruits and vegetables are the best sources for these.
5) Fried foods and junk foods make the scalp more oily and messy. Therefore reduce these foods to promote healthy hair.

4) Include ghee and cream in your diet. Prepare your dishes and meals in ghee and add cream in your coffee.

Healthy fats are us much important as any other nutrient. And the best way to have them is to eat nuts and seeds.
5) Stay away from junk foods.
While restrictions are sometimes necessary if we are suffering from a disease or a disorder condition, but they are not required and advised for A Normal Healthy Individual.
A Healthy individual who wishes to maintain his balanced healthy life, needs to create healthy habits. βοΈThese habits might include :
*Reducing the Junk food/fast food.
*Eating a balanced diet.
*Having all the nutrients on the plate, carbs, proteins, vitamins and minerals.
*Exercising 3-4 days in a week.
π«But these in no way include :
*Cutting back on Carbs/proteins/fats.
*Cutting salt or sugar.
*Restricting a particular food like, only eating gluten free foods or avoiding milk and milk products.
π‘Gluten and lactose only harm people who are allergic to them.
No benefits in avoiding them.
Conclusion : So, before actually restricting or avoiding foods you need to ask yourself or the person advising you, That why can't i eat this? And how will it benefit me?

Summer is not my most favorite season but i wait for this season only for the variety of fruits that come with it.
*With the extreme heat we always feel dehydrated, hence its more important to keep sipping that water.
*Fruits also help us in staying hydrated and also gives us the vitamins and minerals. They also add color to our plate and variety to our taste.
* Some foods like curd, mint, cucumber, buttermilk, ragi , barley have exceptional cooling properties and therefore these provide additional benefits when taken in summer.
