What happens when we eat sugar-rich food?

Many of our body organs get into action while we relish the sweetness of the food. There is a fantastic integration at the cellular level between the gut, stomach, blood vessels, skeletal muscles, pancreas, liver, and fat storage cells in the body - to handle the sugar.

These organs are strained when the sugar intake crosses the limit, which leads to truncal obesity and many more health complications.
