Can we combine milk and fruit ?
Many a times we consume dairy products along with other foods. Custard with fruits, milk shakes, oats and berries etc are some examples. Also many mothers have given their babies bananas with yogurt for years now. Is it really that bad ?
As some people say this can be harmful, there are little facts that I want to put out to let you know what's the truth.
👉 There's no hard and fast rule
👉 Unless a person is suffering from allergies and stomach infections
👉 People with ulcers, regurgitation,acidity abd other stomach issues can avoid milk and fruit.
👉 Peope who have undergone recent surgeries have a decreased gastric emptying and hence they can avoid as well.
👉 Some percentage of population suffer from bloating and loss of appetite, as dairy and fruit combination can be heavy, one can avoid this combination.
So here are the FACTS !

As with the previous post, we discussed about the symptoms. Let's see how to deal with Gluten Intolerance.
1. It's always not true that people with wheat allergies will be diagnosed with celiac disease.
2. There are some people who suffer from Non Celiac Gluten Sensitivity with the similar symptoms of Gluten Sensitivity.
3. It is also possible that not all gluten rich foods create a gastric inconvenience and hence maintaining a food journal is important to observe what foods trigger a gastric inconvenience.
4. It is not always true that gluten should be completely eliminated from the diet.
5. In not so extreme cases, a small percentage of gluten can be included in the diet on some days.
(Always note the symptoms).
6. One can exclude packaged foods to avoid sickness with gluten allergy
