IP drives the process of taking innovative technology to the marketplace and increases competitiveness of the research institutes and firms. The scope of IP is diverse, covering patents, utility models, trademarks, trade secrets, industrial designs, copyrights, geographical indications and new varieties of plants.

This workshop will give a 360 degree overview of innovative policies, good practices, case studies and lessons learned in managing intellectual property and technology development.
