Elmentoz Research, an Odisha home grown biotechnology startup incubated at KIIT-TBI- BioNEST focusing on industrializing insect farming by addressing global food security issues through circular economy approach secured its first quick pre-seed Funding of $250k from Norway Investor Christen Hveem to start its pilot plant at Bhubaneswar. Also the collaboration and investment opens the buy back arrangement to Elmentoz from the large Norwegian Fish Industry for alternative protein source.
