📍Finding the recipe for the perfect breast milk cocktail! 🥤🌱 It's amazing how a healthy diet can positively impact breastmilk.
📍Adequate nutrient intake: Consuming a well-balanced diet ensures that a mother receives all the necessary nutrients, vitamins, and minerals required to produce high-quality breastmilk. This includes consuming adequate amounts of protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats ( Omega-3), vitamins (such as vitamin D, B vitamins, and vitamin C), and minerals (such as calcium, iron, and zinc).

⛳ Hydration: Staying well-hydrated is important for breastmilk production. Drinking enough water, along with other hydrating fluids like herbal teas and clear soups, helps to maintain optimal milk volume and hydration levels in the mother's body.

⛳ Omega-3 fatty acids: Including sources of omega-3 fatty acids in the diet, such as fatty fish (salmon, sardines), chia seeds, flaxseeds, and walnuts, can enhance the nutritional composition of breastmilk. Omega-3 fatty acids are crucial for brain and eye development in infants.

So why do I encourage Inch loss over Weight loss...?

Recipe-
Who doesn't like the smell of freshly baked pizza 😋 on Christmas Eve.🎄

Here is Easy and Healthy recipe of 🍕 base which is Rich in fibre
and Totally Gluten-free.

🍕Ingredients needed

🍕FOR PIZZA BASE
● Take 1/4 Cup Chia seeds
● 2 smashed potato
● 2 Cups Bajra flour
● 2 teaspoon Salt ( Add more if needed)
● 3 teaspoons Baking Soda
● 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
● 1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
● 1&1/2 Cups Water

🍕FOR TOPPING
● 3 tbsp Mozzarella cheese
● Pizza Sauce ( can use normal ketchup too)- 1tbsp
● 1 cube of cheese
● 3 sliced- tomatoes
● 2 sliced- capsicum
● 50-70grams - Sliced panner / Chicken ( Add to your preference)
Further- Oregano, chilli flakes

👨‍🍳 Preparation
● Keep Chia seed soak in water for 10mins.
● Then add flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt and basil in a medium-sized bowl.
● Add The soaked chia seed in same bowl.
● Now Add the smashed potato in it.
● Pour in the warm water and oil. Mix the ingredients together.
● Pour the mixture on a clean and floured surface. Knead it until you form a dough for
base.
● Using a rolling pin line, make the big round pizza base.
● Grease the baking pan.Put the base on a baking pan
● Bake each side for 15 - 20 min until the dough appears to be dry.
● Choose your Toppings.
● Add pizza sauce on the crust
● Then add Mozzarella cheese on the crust
● Sprinkle the Chopped ingredients
● Shred the cheese on the pizza
● Bake for another 7-8mins
● Sprinkle some oregano & chilli flakes before eating

Recipe for Quick and Healthy Oats + Flax Brownies
Completely Gluten-free Rich in fibre Treat for this Christmas 🎄

🍪*Ingredients Used*
2 cup - milk
2tbsp -peanut butter
1 tsp- vanilla essence
1tsp- baking powder
1tsp- flax seeds (Dusted)
1/4th cup -cocoa powder
2 cups - cracked oats

[ADDITIONAL CHOCO CHIPS IF NEEDED]

🍽️*Preparation *
1. Take the oats in a container.
2. Add the dry mix in that container which include cocoa powder + baking powder + flax seeds
3. Further add peanut butter in it with vanilla essence
4. Add milk and gently stir the mix.
5. Pour it in a baking pan and bake for 30mins at 180 degree celsius
6. Cool it down and store it in the refrigerator.
7. Reheat before eating (For better taste)

About Us

My name is Anupreksha Rastogi , founder of **Swag On Nutrition and Wellness** . Professionally a Non-Diet Dietician, Certified Diabetes Educator with 10years of experience in designing Therapeutic Diets ,Weight management and Lifestyle

Born in a typical conservative middle class Baniya family of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, I have been a person who always fantasize about food. My conversation surrounds the food with the people no matter what.

During the school days, when majority of the students and their parents were running after the major subject like Mathematics , Science,English; the little inner me ,somewhere deep inside my heart was falling in love with Health Education , making curiuos to learn more and more about it. Being from a conservative background and first child of my parents, they always aspire for me to be good in academics and too choose a profession like teaching or some secured 9-5 types job.The love for food I believe is inherited from my maternal family more.. which is still luckily in embibed into my in-laws place too...My passion to study about food and human body pushed me to persue Graduation (from Rohilkhand University).
