Dear Lavleen / Diet Insight team,
I will be completing my 6 month journey with Diet Insight and it has been a wonderful and enriching journey where I have learnt so much.
I first came across Diet Insight on Facebook some 3 years ago when I saw one of the videos by Lavleen and I just loved the way she explained it. I started following the page and slowly started making small changes to my routine and lifestyle...but then lockdown happened and my routine went for a toss.
With an ailing family member and a teenaged daughter I was completely lost and started neglecting my health and myself and then I was Covid positive...I was in isolation and used to watch all the videos on the Diet Insight page and that's when I decided that I need to enroll myself and get back to being fit. That has been the best decision I have taken for myself .
With Dhwani Bagadia as my personal dietician/mentor... my journey started. Since I have Hypothyroid and tendency of gaining weight very easily. I was expecting that even if I lose 2 kgs it would be worth it and that with personal guidance I will be learning about many things and I must say that not only I lost 8kgs but have learnt so many things which will last for a lifetime.
Dhwani has been a wonderful guide cm friend who guided me at every step apart from sending the diet plan...she was always there to answer my queries ..even the silliest ones. I have learnt about how to not only eat healthy but also use various ingredients and food products which I had never used before. The best part of the journey was or rather is that the learnings will last for a lifetime .. can be adopted every single day as our body and mind gets used to it. I have even gone on vacations and attended family functions while on the plan and I could follow everything very easily and effortlessly and moreover the journey doesn't end with our program but is a lifetime bond as Dhwani will always be there to guide me .
Diet Insight is the best thing that has happened to me in lockdown and am happy and proud to be a part of Diet Insight family.
