G.S.R. ……(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 396,398,399, 403 and 404 read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014, namely:‑

1. (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014, in the Annexure, under the head VII, for note below Fee for filing e-form DIR-3 KYC, the following note shall be substituted, namely:‑

“for the current financial (2018-2019), no fee shall be chargeable till the 20th September, 2018 and fee of Rs.5000 shall be payable on or after the 21st September, 2018″.

ICICI BANK WILL GIVE THE LOAN TO MSME USER ON THE BASIS OF HIS GST TURNOVER

*CBIC notifies new format for ‘GST Annual Return’, i.e. GSTR-9 (for non-composition dealers)’ and ‘GSTR-9A (for composition dealers)’ along with requisite instructions. GST Annual return is required to be filed by 31 Dec. 2018 for the July 2017 to March 2018*

*Clarification w.r.t. Pending FCGPR & FCTRS including Resubmission in e-biz portal.*

1) Vide Notification dated 31/08/2018, RBI has advised all AD Banks *to clear all the pending cases of FCGPR and FCTRS in the e-biz portal before 20th September, 2018.*

2) Further, in respect of resubmission cases, it has advised all AD Banks to inform their respective clients and ensure the *resubmission done with all relevant documents within One Week.* Failure to do so may lead to treating No FCGPR being Filed.

# *MCA* estimates out of 3.3 million directors (expected to carry out know your customer or KYC process) only 1.5 million or 40-50 percent could be genuine, rest could be dummy directors.

GST Department has started conducting RAIDS on Business premises to Check and Verify whether the GSTIN No is DISPLAYED on the Sign Board of the every Business premises.

Please get it affixed on Signboard and on the front door of all your Business Premises.

Notice can be issued if the GSTIN No is not mentioned on Signboard and on the Front door of Business primses U/s 125 of CGST Act 2017 and the penalty under this Section can be imposed upto 25,000/-.

he Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Second Amendment Rules 2018 has been notified on 7th May 2018. Accordingly, in case the due
date of filings under Section 92 (Annual Return) or 137 (Annual Financial Statement) of the Companies Act, 2013 expires after 30/06/2018, the additional fee .100 per day shall become payable in respect of
MGT-7, AoC-4, AoC-4 XBRL and AoC-4 CFS.
In all other cases where the belated annual returns or balance sheet/financial statement which were due to be filed whether under the Companies Act,1956 (23AC,23ACA,23AC XBRL,23ACA XBRL,20B,21A) or the Companies Act, 2013 (MGT-7, AoC-4, AoC-4 XBRL and AoC-4 CFS) additional fee as per the applicable slab for the period of delay up to 30th June 2018 plus .100 per day w.e.f 1st July 2018 shall become payable. Stakeholders are advised to take note and plan accordingly.

Here are the minimum 3 compliances which LLP have to do irrespective of their turnover or profit/loss.

1. e-form 8 (Filling of annual Accounts): Needs to be filled before 30th September of each year.

2. e-form 11 (Annual Return): Needs to be filled before 30th May of each year.

3. Income tax return: 30th September of each year.

Nonfilling of Annual Returns and Statement of Accounts to ROC may attract heavy penalty i.e. Rupees 100/day till the time defaults continue.

Important Information.

Last date of filling ITR has been extended to 5th of August.

Today is the last date of ITR filling.

No extension will be given: CBDT
