Do you crave food at night ?
Solution:)
1) consume enough carbs throughout the day ( keep it whole grains)
2) consume protein in every meal
3) Eat your meals mindfully without distractions like phone TV etc
4) be active 30 to 40 minutes of exercise at least 4 times a week
5) 7 to 8 hours of sleep
6) hydrate well
There is nothing wrong in craving but it’s important to find out why body is craving and work on it 🙂

1. Make sure you get 7-8 hours quality sleep daily . Practice breathing exercises while sitting on the bed before sleep. Oxygen flow helps to lower down the cortisol level ( stress hormone ).
2. Keep your gadgets away before 2 hours of sleep .
3. Be regular with your exercise.
4. Avoid French fries , chips , wafers and other spicy and fried junk foods.
5. Avoid bakery like biscuits, cakes, maida breads , namkeens , pastries, buns , cupcakes. These are not good for your liver and heart.
6. Replace your coke and other market drinks with lemon water and coconut water.
7. Avoid microwave and plastic in your kitchen.
8. Use unrefined jaggery or honey instead of white sugar.
9. Consume fruits , dates , raisins and dry fruits in case of sweets cravings.
10. Mediate daily.
