Felicitation event of Monitoring & Evaluation course under the LEAD program

SCERT Haryana organized a blended learning program for Haryana's academic officers. Under the flagship program, LEAD (Leadership Enhancement and Academic Development) a course on Monitoring & Evaluation was launched by SCERT Haryana in partnership with education NGO Leadership for Equity in November 2023. Over the last 4 months, the course saw unprecedented adoption with 1656 officers participating. 84% of participants completed the course of which 74% were eligible for certification.

SCERT Haryana conducted a felicitation ceremony for the top 50 participants and 45 mentors from 22 districts at the Hotel Treehouse Queens Pearl, Gurugram on 16th April..

LEAD is a blended learning program for capacity building of state education department officers. The program offers online courses with a touch of peer learning circles that enable officers to hone their professional skills. Participants shared pieces of evidence of using the course learnings in their day-to-day work. Creating task trackers, long long-term planning with input-output mapping were some of the skills highlighted by course participants that they are using in their day-to-day work.

The participants were felicitated in the august presence of Shri Sunil Bajaj, Director SCERT Haryana, Smt. Kalpana Ranga, Deputy Director, SCERT Haryana, Shri Virendra Nara, Deputy Director, SCERT Haryana, and Shri Manoj Kaushik, Head of Department, ET Wing SCERT Haryana and representatives from Leadership for Equity.
