Meet Bhagyashree Bhat, a shining example of transformation! 🌟
With the help of Deshpande Skilling's incredible SkillPlus program, she stood tall as an inspiration to all aspiring individuals. She developed extraordinary leadership qualities that set her apart from the crowd.
Bhagyashree Bhat, a Karnataka state's Hangal taluk resident, joins C.G. Bellad Government First Grade College Akki Alur.
Her mother worked much following the early death of her father to raise both of her children and provide their high education. She is supporting her family through every stage of life, and she also entered the SkillPlus program and completed it along with finishing her degree.
She currently enjoys her job at Bangalore's TCS company.

Today, we celebrate the transformative power of technology in driving positive change. At our Rural Transformation Technology Centre (RTTC), we leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to empower rural communities and make our programs more efficient and sustainable.
From site selection to monitoring and evaluation, RTTC uses customized software and communication devices to extract and display real-time data, providing valuable insights to farmers and stakeholders. On this day, let's recognize the role of technology in rural transformation and work towards creating a better future for all.

“Earlier, I made about ₹5,000 to ₹10,000, and post Farm Pond construction, I earn about ₹50,000 to ₹1 lakh per acre."
G. Venkatesh is more confident about his farm's yield and has also started rearing animals as he isn't at the mercy of erratic rainfall in Bellary anymore.
