1) Salmon
maybe beneficial for reducing anxiety.

It contains nutrients that promote brain health, including vitamin D and the omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). These nutrients may help regulate the neurotransmitters dopamine and serotonin, which can have calming and relaxing properties.

2) Chamomile
is a herb that may help reduce anxiety.

It contains both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which may help lower inflammation associated with anxiety. chamomile is believed to help regulate neurotransmitters related to moods such as serotonin, dopamine, and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). it may also help regulate the central part of the body’s stress response.

3) Turmeric

Turmeric is a spice that prevents anxiety symptoms

it contains curcumin, a compound that plays role in promoting brain health and preventing anxiety disorders. With its high antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, curcumin may help to prevent damage to brain cells related to chronic inflammation and oxidative stress







4) Dark chocolate
may also help ease anxiety.

Dark chocolate contains flavonols, such as epicatechin and catechin, which are plant compounds that act as antioxidants. These antioxidants found in dark chocolate may benefit brain function and have neuroprotective effects allowing you to adjust better to stressful situations that can lead to anxiety and other mood disorders.

5) Yogurt

May improve anxiety symptoms
If you suffer from anxiety, yoghurt is a great food to include in your diet. The probiotics or healthy bacteria found in some types of yoghurt may improve the production of mood-boosting hormones like serotonin.

6) Green tea

Green tea contains L-theanine, an amino acid with positive effects it may have on brain health and anxiety reduction

Why avoid these foods:

Salt: it's not good for their kidneys.

Sugar:
Your baby does not need sugar.
By avoiding sugary snacks and drinks (including fruit juice and other fruit drinks), you'll help prevent tooth decay.

Honey:

Honey contains bacteria that can produce toxins in a baby's intestines, leading to infant botulism, which is a very serious illness.

Cheese:
Many kinds of cheese are made from unpasteurised milk. It's better to avoid these because of the risk of bacteria.

Raw or undercooked:
These eggs might contain salmonella, a type of bacteria that can cause food poisoning

Whole nuts and peanuts:
Whole nuts and peanuts should not be given to children under 5 years old, as they can choke on them.

June is observed as a Cataract awareness month every year to spread knowledge on this leading disease.

So what is a cataract?

A cataract is a dense, cloudy area that forms in the lens of the eye resulting in blurry & unclear vision.
When a protein in the eyes clumps up preventing the retina from receiving signals, cataract forms.

Some common symptoms you should be concerned about:

1)Clouded, blurred or dim vision.
2) difficulty in night vision.
3) Sensitive eyes.
4)difficulty reading or performing activities in normal lighting...
5)continues to be eye number changing
6)Fading or yellowing of colours.

Monkeypox is a viral illness similar to smallpox. It has symptoms like fever, headache, swollen lymph and weakness followed by a rash on the body usually after 2-3 days of infection.

Some people might be thinking how does it defer from smallpox when all the symptoms are similar, well the main difference is monkeypox leads to enlargement of lymph nodes while smallpox doesn’t.

And just like the coronavirus, it spreads through direct contact with an infected person or infected animal, precautions like social distancing, wearing masks and healthy eating should be followed.

Fat-soluble vitamins are absorbed more easily by the body in the presence of dietary fat whereas any leftover or excess amounts of these leave the body through the urine. • Sudden numbness or weakness in the face, arm, or leg, especially on one side of the body.
