Why EatWize

When there are hunger pangs in between meals, we tend to reach for ready to eat snacks which are mostly unhealthy with high sodium content, added preservatives, sugars, colours and unhealthy fats. The so called healthy snacks which we get nowadays in convenient stores and super markets may also have high amount of preservatives and salts. We also don’t know where they are prepared, what quality of material they are using and whether they maintain hygiene. In my 18 years of experience in fitness field I have seen many of my clients, colleagues and myself as well worried about these mid morning and mid evening snacking. And it becomes more difficult to find a healthy option when you are travelling!

This was on my mind since I was running my own gym and we were supplying some healthy products which we got that time from some local distributors. So I got started on this idea and started experimenting in my kitchen. It was not just about developing some low calorie foods, they should be balanced in all the nutrients, tasty, prepared in clean environment using quality materials and most important easy to carry with us. Keeping this in mind I have come up with EatWise, the range of food products which are prepared under my personal guidance and observation. I ensure that material used in making is of good quality.
