Benefits of beetroot & sesame seeds:
Beetroot is packed with vitamins and minerals. It helps regulate blood pressure and has anti- inflammatory properties.
Til (sesame seeds) is a good source of fats, proteins, fiber, calcium and iron. It helps improve heart and bone health.

Beetroot sesame cutlets recipe :
Method:
In a bowl take beetroot, boiled potato, bread crumbs, some coriander leaves and green chillies. Add some jeera powder, black salt, garam masala, pepper powder, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste to it. Now mix all these ingredients together and bind them really well. Give it your desired shape and then coat them thoroughly into til(sesame seeds). Shallow fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney and enjoy.

Concluding the nutrition week with my night routine!
I prefer taking a walk at night after dinner, preferably in moonlight which helps me sleep better. And just before tucking into the bed I soak a handful of mixed nuts for the next morning. I chew these very well in the morning and would urge all of you to do so too!
Working long hours while sitting is not good for your body, so I make it a point to stand either in between or while consulting online.
This has helped me with my back and posture!
I make it a point to have 1 major meal of the day, cross legged. This helps with digestion and the right kind of pressure is build on your stomach.
I finish my food with 1 glass of Buttermilk which I like having as it aids in digestion and helps with good bacteria growth!

The first habit which I would like to talk about is having water from tambe ka bartan, right in the morning when I wake up. I usually prefer taking it in the alti palti position.
This habit has helped me with gastric issues.
Caution :
1. Avoid taking water from tambe ka bartan during winter months.
2. This water should not be taken through out the day. You should have it in the morning.
The best form of rice which you can include in your diet!
