According to Dietitian Sheela Sherawat founder of Diet Clinic Mohali - Adopting a healthy, balanced diet on a daily basis eliminates certain diseases.
Presenting Healthy Evening Snack!
Green Moong Dal Dhokla Method-
Ingredients-
* 1 cup moong dal (split moong dal) with skin
* 2 to 3 green chillies
* ½ cup peas
* 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
* A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
* 1/4 tsp baking soda
* 2 tsp oil
* Salt to taste

Method:
Step 1: Soak the moong dal in water for four hours. Wash it well.
Step 2: Blend the soaked dal in a blender with the peas, green chillies, and a little water.
Step 3: Add the coriander leaves, soda bi-carb, asafoetida, sugar, oil and salt and mix well.
Step 4: Grease a thali with a little oil and steam in a steamer for about 20 minutes.
Step 5: Cut into pieces and serve hot with coriander mint chutney.
