Perfect, best, awesome aren't a purpose in your life. Those things are just a reward from 'who you are' and what would you become for💓💓
Trust that it's coming back. The inspiration. The answers. The energy. The joy. You can't be "on" all the time. You are not a machine. You are not a robot. There are so many valleys you walk through in order to recognize the peace.
Your emotions are not good or bad. You do not exist in that binary. You can't be defined that easily. You can't be summed up like that.
Leave space for the dips. Let's appreciate the beauty of contrasts. Stop expecting yourself never need a pause or break. It's all part of it.

Let it come to you when you least expect it. Go leave. Go enjoy.

Let the next step find you with the sunshine on your face, lost in the moment.
Have you been so afraid of falling at something that you decided not to try it at all? Or as a fear of falling meant that, subconsciously you undermine your own efforts to avoid the possibility of a failure?
Fear of failure of the most dangerous disease which can plague an individual. It paralyzes our thoughts to such an extent we are unable to take any action.
The reason we fear failure so much is our excessive focus on the bad impacts it will have on us. We also fear what other people will think about us. Avoid people who shake your confidence, who don't have faith in you, who keep instilling doubt in you.
Whatever the outcome is, stay positive. If it doesn't turn out to your expectation or liking take that as a learning process. Learn from your experiences and don't try to make the same mistakes.
Once you cultivate this habit, there would be no room for fear.

There are so many places you could be. So many things you could be doing. So many people you could be around. So many times that could be living in. So many experiences you could be having.
But, aren't you glad that you are here?
In today.
Because I think it is the best place to be. The most wonderful place, time, area, circumstances, experience you could have. I think the best place for you to be is exactly where you are. I think there is no better place than right here, where you are, enduring what you have, seeing what you see, loving who you love, stepping forward, waiting eagerly, living steadily, basking in today.
I think where you are supposed to be.

Don't ever force yourself to live up to anyone's standard.
Make your own standards based on your abilities, based on your potential and based on your visions for your future. Take time to figure out what the big picture in your life is, what your end goal is. This is personal to you. The conviction in your heart of this vision will make it shadow you wherever you go. It will guide you every step, decision and plan. No one is more knowledgeable of the real you than you are knowledgeable of yourself. So why let others dictate what works and doesn't work for you.
Do not settle for the label average or think that you are not different from those around you. Be the phenomenal person that you know you can be. Don't compare yourself to anyone else at all.Don't think that you deserve any less than what you have or that you don't deserve any better. Don't seek the acceptance of people who think they are a little better than you just because you want to feel that someone better than you accepted you into their life. What a miserable feeling that would be to meet someone's acceptance to accept yourself.
Have your own big dreams and pursue them because you know you can. No one is stopping you from that except yourself. Don't leave your whole life comparing yourself to people who think they are better than you, trying to leave up to them.Live your life working to make who you are today better than who you were yesterday and dreaming that who you will be tomorrow is better than who you are today.
Do not give yourself any other option then becoming better. Don't be anything other than positive. Celebrate your little success and improvement.

This post is to share the happiness of a healthy pregnancy for one of my student . To start with, my client Seema joined Acarya yoga in her first trimester, the earliest phase of pregnancy. After consultation with her gynaecologist and approval, we started her prenatal yoga sessions . Most of us have some sort of medical concerns based on many factors like lifestyle, genetic hormones, etc. Well, Seema and her partner have diabetic 1 (mostly a genetic condition) and a few more things which looked like she might have a tough pregnancy, as she was taking insulin twice everyday. But with the help of yoga, the doctor and her self care along with the tremendous dedication towards her healthy routine be it in terms of yoga, eating food helped her to deliver a beautiful baby in the month of Jan 2023.
The important factor is that the baby is all healthy which means diabetic free. Most of the people might be aware that diabetics type 1 occurs mostly due to the genetic factor but I feel blessed as a teacher that the baby is healthy and disease free. At times, I feel yoga is a miracle but the most important aspect is that if a person puts his or her best efforts to improve any part of their life then results are delivered efficiently(sooner or later but it will, as faith and hope has to be restored in what you do)
We feel so blessed to meet students who trust us at this beautiful time of their life. 🌸❤️

Step by step beginner meditation
🌼 Physically prepare yourself- Find a comfortable and quiet place. Scan tension from head to toe, allowing muscles to relax. Keep your back straight, not stiff. Rest your arms in your lap, loosen and your hand. Soften your facial muscles, unclench your teeth. Gently close your eyes.
🌼 Mentally prepare yourself- Leave behind what's already happened today, put aside thought of what will happen later. Do not give any attention to your thoughts or emotions. Set an intention for your practice.
🌼 Follow your breath- Fully exhale all the air in your lungs, slowly breathe in through your nose. At the top of the breath, pause for just a moment. Then slowly exhale all the air again through your nose.
🌼 Check in and repeat - Practise deep breathing, ideally for 5-10mins. If you catch yourself lost in thoughts, simply redirect your attention back to your breath. You will likely need to do this several times during your practice.
🌼 Close with gratitude - Take one last breath and smile. Thank yourself for taking this time to meditate. Gradually bring awareness back into your body. Resist the temptation to label your session as good or bad. Be proud of yourself for making the effort.
🌼 Practice again tomorrow - Go about your activities with a renewed sense of peace and happiness. Become aware of the impact of your thoughts and judgement. Commit to showing up for your meditation practice again tomorrow.

🌸 Sometimes the root of feeling not good enough comes from holding yourself to someone else's ideal rather than your own.
🌸 Remember that you are the only person who gets to decide if you are good enough in this world. You are the only person qualified enough to determine your value.
🌸 Please don't put your happiness or self love or belief into the hands of other people and their understanding and validation of you.
🌸 Don't make it contingents on their acceptance of you or their willingness to love you or care for you or choose you.
All you have to focus on is building the kind of life which is yours. All you have to do is focus on building yourself into the kind of person you are proud of.
🌸 You are a direct reflection of your worthiness here. Nothing can externally dictate that, nothing has that power- unless you give that power of yours away.Don't give that power away.

We often protect ourselves from seeming too eager or too interested, we hold our feelings back because we don't want to be seen as overly emotional or tender. We silence our instinct, we bankrupt our soul and at the end of the day we feel alone. I hope you learn how to let go of your fear. I hope you learn how to remind yourself that there is nothing wrong with vulnerability, with being human, with unhinging your rig cage and sharing your heart with this world.

Have you ever tried to control your thoughts?
It sounds impossible right?
🌸 Before practicing if someone would ask me to do, all thought together would start scrambling my brain it was hard but now most of the time,it's easy to calm thoughts.
🌸 OK! Let me explain, in these years of practice I have experienced that one can't control them but can reduce to some extent . Despite trying to control our thoughts we should observe our breathing, it can be our regular breathing which we take normally or deep breathing.
🌸 Just regular deep breathing when done with awareness regulates our parasympathetic nervous system thereby bringing in calm.
🌸 What if we find it difficult to focus?
Visualising your favourite God is a good way to focus.
🌸 But it feels so difficult to focus!
Keep trying for 21 days and see the changes in your mental health.

Our minds are quick to move from one thing to another. All throughout the day, we float between our fears of the future and our disappointments of the past, all while we are stuck in the middle, trying to make sense of it all.
🌟 Let's stillness remind you that in this present movement, you don't have to make of it all. You don't have to figure it all out right here, right now.
🌟 Yes, there are things that need to be sorted through, but this movement is also calling you, to breathe deep and reliaze in this very moment you are gathering the strength you need that will prepare you for what's to come. 🌸🌸
✨ Remember : It's okay to outgrow people, places and things. It's okay for them to outgrow you too.
✨ Allow yourself to grieve the loss of what you're letting go of. You can't heal what you don't let yourself feel.
✨ Ask yourself: Is what I'm holding on to also hold on to me?
✨ Forgive yourself for your part in how things ended, just like you forgave others so many times.
✨ Ask yourself: Why am I still holding on? Does it truly feel good or is it just familiar.
✨ Sometimes the only closure you"'ll get is accepting that the past can't change and that's okay.
✨ Remember: Letting go is also letting in. Making room for something new is always hard, but it's worth it😊❤️
