Long run after a Long Time. An Easy paced 15 kms run. The weather was Good even though I started late. The only Issue I faced was with hydration as I took only 1 bottle of 250 ml. Big Mistake.

Some fun Strength Training Exercise with the Towel.

If you don't have weight at home for Strength Training, Don't worry at all. We do have some props at home that can be used for workout.

9 Exercises with A long Turkish Towel ( Turkish towel have good Grip and are Bit heavy compared to other Towels)

Workout for Back, Shoulder and Arms.
45 Secs Work and 20 Secs Rest. 3-4 Rounds....

There will be plenty of excuses to avoid outdoor workout to due change in season. 'It's Raining Outside'🌧️, 'Weather is too Gloomy'🌨️, 'Don't feel energetic'😩, 'Don't have the Mood'.

But, too feel energetic, Fresh and feel Good Through the day, start your day with atleast 30-45 mins of exercise from Home itselfπŸ‹οΈ. "You Run the Day, Don't let the Day Run YouπŸ˜ƒ"

But I got no equipments or Weights at home. No issues use your body to do the exercise.

Meet Mr. Ashok Sarak, He is into sales in Banking industry. A good Footballer in⚽ collage days. But due to hectic work schedule and unhealthy eating pattern had put on weight. Didn't get time to eat during the month end as the pressure if targets was much.
Due to this hectic work schedule he didn't get good rest and also didn't had tine pursue his passion of Football. We got introduced through a common friend and he started the Journey.
In 3 month he transformed himself by loosing 12 kgs 🎊 of weight from Fats. Small changes in eating habits, proper nutrition, home workouts, proper Guidance and Education over Nutrition helped him to achieve his Goals.
Now he takes out time to eat his meals even of his work schedule and have started playing football on weekend and spending time with Kids. He makes sure that he keeps his day active with small meals and completing his Footsteps with Workout. He has reversed his age completely. Looking much more Younger and Fitter...

Meet Anjali Bolenge, who changed her lifestyle, eating habits and lost an Incredible 12 kgs of weight from Fats.

my program 6 months back. She had gained her weight due to pregnancy. Like every Mother's story, She also got busy with kids and the Household activities. She is also the leader of her Village. This didn't gave her time to look after herself.
As the Kids started going to school she got time for herself and that point of time she realised she had put on weight. She wanted to reduce as she didn't want any illness to come close to her.
She was introduced to me by her friend Harsha who also had achieved a good result. At first she was hesitant to follow a diet plan thinking it wouldn't be possible, but thought of doing it for a month. She realised it isn't tough and along with her she can cook healthy food for the family as well. With a proper 4 meal plan and Good Nutrition she lost 12 kgs of weight from fats and now is feeling more fitter and healthier. Stamina, Strength and Flexibility has improved tremendously. Right guidance helped to achieve her Goals of Health and Fitness and is now maintaining it.

Officially Completed my first 42 Kms run in 5.15 hours. Started at mid night from sanas Ground.
Very well organised Marathon by and Rohan More along with the Team. Excellent hydration support and Crowd on the Road even at mignight to Cheer the Runners....

It's awesome to be fit and healthy!!
Being an IT professional work from home increased my sitting hours and limited physical activity. As a result I suffered from severe acid reflux and hyper acidity problem and weight and fat started to increase during lockdown period and this was concerning. I wanted to change my lifestyle and focused only on exercise but not correcting my eating habits and portions which didn't give me any good result.
One fine day through my Colleague Angad, I came across this lifestyle correction program of Akshay Shetty and my Journey started.
Under his guidance, I started following a Meal plan with Right Nutrition and Body weight Exercises from home.
When you put in Efforts and Time, you've got to get results.
I lost an amazing 6 kgs extra weight from Fats and got my energy and strength back in just 2 months.

Sunday Long Run.
The last long run before the Full Marathon on 27th. Started nice and easy with weather supporting the Run and was accompanied by two friends who will be running 10k on 27th.....
Maintained the pace through the run keep heart rate in Zone 3 for maximum time......
Being Chaturthi today took Darshan of Dagduseth Ganpati, Sarasbaug and Mandai Ganpati on the route.......

The day that Starts Good, ends Good.

My day starts with a Good 45-60 mins BodyWeight workout with my Clients. It helps me to stay Active, Fresh and Energetic throughout the day.

Exercise has got plenty of benefits. Workout might be BodyWeight training at Home, Workout at Gym, Crossfit or Functional training, Swimming A Jog or a Walk, Yoga or a Game that you like, but it has to be done. Time doesn't matter. It might be Morning, Afternoon or Evening but do it.....

Didn't go for run in the Morning. But the run had to be done as per the training plan.
No company of any runner from the running group as some had done it in Morning.
Just wore my running outfit, wore my shoes, took a bottle with and started my run.
Concentrating in my HR which worked as my music and in the pleasent evening weather with running traffic completed my run of half Marathon in 2.06.

If you're self motivated, you do not need a Company, you do not need any headphones for music to finish your run.

If you do not have good Vibes at the start of the Day, the day doesn't go Good. Do an activity that you love to do, to start your day with Good Vibes.

Sunday Morning Starts with a Run. Planned to run 26 kms and completed it successfully. There was slight drizzle when we started the run and pretty cold. But after 5 kms had to remove my full sleeves tee and ran on my singlet. it started getting veey humid after completion of 21 kms. Started getting cramps but water saved us till the end.

Satisfactory run timing wasn't that good but completing the run without injury feels Good.
Many more long-distance run on it's way.

Had a blasting session in the morning with Online Clients to end the year 2021 on a high note.
100-10 workout and 2 sets

2021 was a year with plenty of ups and downs.
All things doesn't go as per the plan which was decided at the start.
So if things change, the plan has to be changed accordingly to achieve your Goals....

More than Commitment, you got to work on Consistency to achieve your Goals.

Lockdown didn't allow to run but did my workout without any equipment. Post lockdown started running and weight training in Gym. Then came the Dengue. Bed rest for two weeks. Away from Workout for almost 6 weeks. Due to heavy medication of Antibiotics and painkillers did put on some weight. Being on diet and Good Nutrition didn't make much of damage and allowed get me back on track.

Overall, it was Consistency that helped me to fit and healthy. 2021 was Good but 2022 will be much more better.

Bye Bye 2021, Bring it on 2022....

First Marathon event after almost 2 Years.
Running has become a part of my Life where I challenge myself. The challenge is to better my timing everytime I Ran.

It was completely a different route. The weather was Good, Cold and Foggy. But even in this weather Sweating was tremendous. Drinking Water and pouring it on Body to maintain the temperature.
Bettered my timing by three minutes than my previous run.

A big run soon in this month and preparing hard for it.

The day starts at 5.30 with a Glass full of Afresh with a live High Intensity Cardio Workout on Zoom.
Cardio on Monday is just to start the week with Full of Energy, Enthusiasm and Excitement.

Sunday Morning Long run.

Ignore the pain to enjoy the Gain.

Back on track with a HM in the Morning. Pretty comfortable run and a supporting weather.
Humidity started rising as run progressed.
After 16 kms changed the strategy to 800m run and 200m walk till 19th Kms. Conserved sime energy for last two kms to finish Strong.

Sometimes Strategies fot to be changed during run to avoid injuries.

Don't stop until it's done.
Satisfaction lies at the Finish Line
