✨ Rest day means 1 or 2 days. Rest days are allowed for recovery. Muscles recovery. When you rest, it gives time to your muscles to repair and replenish their energy.
✨ Rest days go beyond fitness. We need rest days from life sometimes. So it's ok to check out for a day. You can check out from your social pages.
✨ Bottom line is that taking time to rest is beneficial for your body and mind.

HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training, is the great way to burn fat, get in shape, and prevent you from boredom from repetitive excercises. The major benefits of HIIT training from, are that it reduce fat, pump up your metabolism, and it can be done practically anywhere.

Try out this series for 30 sec, and followed by 30 sec rest & repeat.

I believe 𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 is very important. In fact, I can argue that in order to 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐢𝐭 & 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲, nutrition and excercise is important in your life.
They will help you to achieve your goals. My suggestions are try to eat more salad & fruits instead of junck food. Big No to chips & sodas and replace it with water or fresh fruit juice.

CARDIO & ABS CIRCUIT WORKOUT

I always enjoyed Body Weight Training Excercise more. Because it take no efforts to start, just a small place (you can see in the videos) & nice music 🎶 This is real FUN. 😀 I enjoyed thoroughly you also try 😀

I did 3 rounds & at the end Nice 10 mins Cool Down. Total 45 mins 💪😅
