Celebrating 55 years of Rosemary’s.

In 1969, Paul Davis founded this beloved venue and named it after his fiancée, Rosemary. Last week, we had the honor of meeting Mr. Davis to celebrate our anniversary. During the wild era of pioneers from 1969 to 1975, he laid out the foundation for what has become the first restaurant landmark in the Costa Smeralda.

When we asked him why did he decide to open the Rosemary, Paul answered us with a sly smile: why not?

We said goodbye with a promise: PACIFICO will always strive to keep the Rosemary legacy alive!
