In April this year, renowned singer-songwriter Charlotte Church opened the doors of her countryside healing retreat, known as The Dreaming, to guests after spending 15 months transforming the period property in Powys, Wales.

We have been receiving messages over the last few months saying how much they are in need of self care but struggling to fund it! Which this is heartbreaking to read… We would like to do something about this!
With the cost of living crisis and families finding it hard to make ends meet, juggling life situations, struggling with menopause, being a single parent with no me time, caring for elderly parents, worrying about your teens & children… and more… it can all become too much!

Due to the uncertainty of this year and Large events to be only held after 14th June we’ve had to take the difficult decision to postpone this year event.
The festival will now be taking place 28th -29th May 2022 🙌🙌🙌
We can’t wait to welcome you all in May 2022 and believe that this move is in the best interests of all attendees, partners, guests & contributors.
The Good News ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️
We will have a bigger action-packed line-up, boutique studios, Main Stage, Yoga studio, meditation studio, live music, and much more due to having a bigger outdoor space.

Our Story
Sober raving caught on in 2014 in the USA and UK, with Jersey’s Awakening Club kick starting in 2015. A string of events of all sizes were hosted at an array of venues in St Helier. From work outs and boxing fitness at Havana to large scale family events at Fort Regent, the unique curated music and fun vibe went down a storm with party goers and fitness fanatics alike. The policy is always no alcohol, great music from talented local DJ’s and musicians, club style lighting, healthy refreshments and an uplifting atmosphere to workout in a joyful, effective and inclusive way.
The Awakening Club Rave Fitness concept was designed to bring a localised opportunity for a different way of getting fit. The workouts are always led by a professional PT and are created in a way that means all abilities can participate.
The Awakening Club was created for all the dancers, groovers, movers and shakers who like to work out in a fun and inclusive environment. Back in 2016 event organisers saw a gap in the calendar for sober rave events that would create something fresh and fun on the fitness circuit. Since then, The Awakening Club has hosted pop up events centred around health and happiness all over the island. With an open invitation to all ages and abilities, The Awakening Club is a movement, quite literally!
Rave fitness events are effective and safe, with a qualified PT who designs workouts that work for all levels of physical ability. On average, one workout can result in burning 850 calories! One workout also results in optimum happiness and a feeling of rejuvenation and camaraderie.
