Yesterday we were joined at the Mac100 by John Pallot-Brown, just before he heads off on Thursday to the French Alps for his Cycle Challenge - to raise funds and awareness for Royal British Legion Jersey and Macmillan Jersey in memory of his wife Gloria

We are all ready for all you amazing runners tomorrow morning signs are out etc, half the race packs have been handed out all ready yesterday , so please remember todays collection time is between 12-4pm 👍.

Due to the hot weather at the moment please please remember to make sure you are all well hydrated before you start tomorrow morning 👍

We will be putting on a pop up water station just after you turn left of the coast road about 200m up the lane , this will be limited to 100 bottles and is for drinking only please not pouring over your head !

Please respect other runners might need it more then yourself, If you require a bottle please ask the marshal… if you do require a bottle please do not throw it in the hedgerow we will have two marshals at the very top of the lane turning you left onto the inner road one will have a bag for you to dispose it in . Zero tolerance to littering please👍.
