Back to reality and back in to work mode on Tuesday!

Just a few things to mention in advance…

✨ There is usually parking; however due to the numbers I am expecting, parking will be restricted. Please either park nearby, car share or walk if possible 🙏

✨ I will be back to back with groups of people throughout the day so please arrive just a few minutes before your time slot 🙏

✨ I will have a lovely friend on hand to meet and greet clients on arrival ☺️

✨ Look out for the pink/yellow bunting and balloons around the railings and that’s where you’ll find me! 🩷💛🎈

✨ Please also advise in advance if you are unable to attend 🙏

Due to renovations going ahead at next week (and to make the most of the sunny weather) I will be teaching Monday’s 5.15pm & Friday’s 10am class at Les Jardins De La Mer. ☀️ 🧘‍♀️

I won’t be charging for these sessions but instead will ask for a small donation to 🙏
For those that don’t know I am raising money throughout the year by not drinking any wine (I’m coming up to 5 months now) 👏 🙌 💪 😍

So I will be there shaking my Hospice bucket 🤩

Flashback Friday to 10 years ago when I ran the Race for Life heavily pregnant 🤰
I was 31 weeks pregnant at the time, I ran 3.13 miles, my race no. was 313 and my time was 31mins.3 😳
I managed to raise almost £1000 in memory a dear friend Donna who was taken away from this world far too early to Melenoma 😇 #313

☀️🌴 I have returned back to the Rock after a wonderful holiday & some much needed R & R in Tenerife. Here’s a little photo dump from my trip 🌴☀️ I’m back in to the swing of teaching properly on Tuesday. Mat class is full on Monday night but there are still a few spaces in Reformer classes towards the end of the week 🙌 I am delighted to come back to sunshine in Jersey ☀️🇯🇪 HAPPY SUNDAY! 🌴 ☀️

So we have come to the end of “Marchmatness” where Pilates professional’s and enthusiasts across the world have shared their love for the work in a synchronized social media campaign.

It’s been a fantastic way to celebrate the original sequence of the 34 mat exercises by Joseph Pilates every day throughout the month. It’s been wonderful to get inspiration and connect with other Pilates instructors online too 💓🙌

🩷 It’s also been a great chance for me to work on improving my own personal practise by observing and scrutinising my own videos 🙈

🩷 I’ve also become a bit more “Savvy” with the reel making, something I couldn’t get my head around… It only took me about an hour each day to make a reel, so that’s definitely progress 🤪🤣

Thank you to everyone that has followed my “Marchmatness” journey it has taken me out of my comfort zone and I am feeling grateful ☺️ 🙏

🩷🌸Now it’s time to go chasing cherry blossoms, swing from trees and eat chocolate 🌸🩷

21 years ago I began my training as a (mat) Pilates instructor in a freezing cold studio in London.

Little did I know the journey it would take me on. It has definitely had its ups and downs however I am loving teaching more than ever and I’m so very grateful for the wonderful people I have met through teaching. 🫶💕

I am very excited for what’s to come in the future....
