Technology companies must prioritize . Children interact with social media platforms daily and have access to all forms of content. Ahead of we immediately recommend that tech companies;

🚨Strengthen advanced technology tools that can detect and prevent online abuse i.e. images, and video analysis tools that can detect any form of child exploitation and abuse material.

🚨Strengthen age verification mechanisms to ensure users are of the appropriate age to use the platform.

🚨Strengthen and develop comprehensive parental control features that allow parents to monitor children’s activities online.

🚨Implement and enforce strict content policies that explicitly prohibit any form of child exploitation and abuse. In the case of live-streamed sexual abuse of children, refer the cases to law enforcement agencies.
