CULTS IN THE BODY OF CHRIST.

Jesus warned
Many "Christs" will rise.
And they have risen.

We all preach Christ, but different "Christs".

That's the point; deception.

You think you are in church but 'another church.'

Although Jesus, but what Apostle Paul called "another Jesus." (2 Corinthians 11:4)

For instance, some believe that Jesus is the son of God but that God the Father, who they call "Heavenly father" (for certain reasons) was a man like Jesus on earth with a "Heavenly mother", with a son Jesus.

So, Jesus is a son of God...
(But which God?)

"Many shall be deceived"

Deception is the main tool.
We will dig into their doctrines, how to identify a cult and be protected.

The benchmark is this, these also come "in the name of the Lord" as claimed, but not in the name of the Lord; our LORD. They are of seducing spirits and doctrines of devil.

Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. The spirit of error is as old as the message of truth, on earth.

See, just so you know, error thrives on truth; it uses the Bible, but disjointed truths to decieve the simple.

Balance is power!

Sometimes it is good to hide your pain. Not everybody should know what you are going through.

The people that were stopping Bartimaeus had their sight. Why didn't they want a blind man to receive his sight?

There are people that are comfortable with you as long as you remain in your condition.

KNOW THIS FIRST BEFORE YOU PREACH.

"knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation,"
(2 Peter 1:20)

Of course, living what you preach is very important. But, know this first, the truths enshrined in the Bible are not your private copyrighted intellectual properties.

Even if you are not living up to what is in the Bible, PREACH IT.

To teach your followers what suits your lifestyle, not what is in the Bible is called DECEPTION and makes you one of the people the Bible calls false teachers.

And not to live what you preach makes you a HYPOCRITE.

If you claim to be living what you preach when you are not makes you a LIAR.

There's judgement for each, but the worse is to be a deceiver, misleading God's people.

Don't add, don't remove!
Leave it like that!
Preach it like that!

Leave these things like that.

For instance,

Sin is sin!
Don't get it twisted!
Don't find a "Greek meaning".

Don't customise it!
What's sin in Africa is sin in America.
The interpretation of the scripture is not relative to the society you find yourself.
It's not private to a nation.

Keep the message pure, even if your life is not pure. There's hope for your life being pure if you keep the message pure.

Where you spend eternity is not determined by your points of view. It's not according to my point of view.

What is is.

If you are a sinner (as an unbeliever), you will go to hell. If you make practice of sin (as a believer), you will go to hell. Unless you repent.

Just so you know this first.

Also know this,

Even if you are sick, still preach healing.
Even if you are poor, still preach prosperity.
Even if you are still struggling with your spouse, preach love and forgiveness.

Don't let your personal struggles blackmail you into twisting and remoulding the absolute truths of God's word to suit your shape of life.

Keep declaring the word of faith;
Keep calling the things that be not as though they were . Till they be.

Sing it, learn to prophesy.

And if you are rich, still preach the cross and sufferings.

Even if you are in splendor, still preach faith with patience.

JUST PREACH WHAT'S IN THE BIBLE, IN SPITE OF YOU.

Preach the scripture the way it is.

Leave it like that!

At all cost, live what you preach, so not to be a castaway after preaching the gospel.

"But I discipline my body and bring itinto subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified."
(1 Corinthians 9:27)

But, most importantly, preach the word pure, independent of your state.

Even if you are mocked, bear the cross of the sincerity of the word.

A perfect preacher is not necessarily a perfect person, but someone who preaches the perfect word of God perfectly, while becoming a perfect person.

A preacher is no superman, but a man experiencing God's help, holding on and declaring the word under any condition.

Don't let your condition scare you from preaching. Depend on the righteousness of Christ.

Don't dilute the truth to suit you. The word of God is above all.

Preach it like that!

It's not a private matter.

Just so you know this first, before you preach.

Know this first!
