TOP GOVERNMENT OFFICERS TO BE BANNED FROM TIKTOK AS PER THE PROPOSAL UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL.

In a statement given out by Professor Kithure Kindiki, before the Public Petitions Committee of the national assembly on Thursday, the interior cabinet secretary stated that the senior government officials could soon be banned from using the TikTok app.

According to the interior cabinet secretary, the app poses a threat to the country's cyber security.

Jowie, was found guilty of murder last month. Grace Nzioka, the high court judge, is set to hand down Irungu his sentence today.
